Hotel Trento in Pozza di Fassa

I stayed at this hotel for my wedding anniversary and found it truly enjoyable. The room, located in an annex, was very welcoming, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was truly delicious, plentiful, and well-stocked with every delicacy; the staff was efficient, helpful, and always ready to accommodate our every need. We were also treated to a truly special and unexpected gesture: upon our arrival in our room, to celebrate our anniversary, we found a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us, accompanied by delicious chocolates and a greeting card signed by the staff. What more could we ask for? A highly recommended hotel, located near the center of a beautiful village and just steps from the thermal baths and all the main attractions.

We spent a wonderful family vacation at the Hotel Trento in Pozza di Fassa: my wife, my daughter, and our little dog. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into a simple yet refined environment, where a family atmosphere reigns. The hotel's location is very convenient: a few minutes' walk from the center of Pozza, and right next to it is the beautiful cycle path along the Avisio River, ideal for a relaxing stroll or a bike ride. Our first-floor room was a pleasant surprise: very spacious, with a recently renovated bathroom and a very comfortable, extra-large shower. Despite the hotel's large size and location near the main road, we always slept soundly thanks to the tranquility and silence of the rooms. Another highlight is undoubtedly the food: every meal was varied, plentiful, and of high quality. The cleanliness of the rooms was also always impeccable, something we greatly appreciated. The covered parking was also very convenient, allowing us to leave our car without worries. During our stay, we also took advantage of the indoor pool, which was large and always had the perfect temperature, and we also indulged in a few moments of relaxation in the small hot tub and outdoor sauna. These two "amenities" were very dated and could use an overhaul. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. If I had to make any comments, they're more than just observations: the furnishings and some of the amenities are a bit dated, though well-maintained; there's no real kids' club, just a small, rather cramped and dark playroom on the ground floor; and there are no organized activities for children or guided excursions. However, nothing that negatively impacted our experience. Overall, our stay was a positive one: a hotel offering excellent value, perfect as a base for exploring the Val di Fassa and enjoying a few relaxing days with the family.

This is the fourth year we've stayed at this hotel. We'll definitely be back because we had a great time. The staff was very knowledgeable, kind, and discreet. The food was excellent, plentiful, and varied, both at the breakfast buffet and at dinner. The atmosphere was very clean.

Everything was fantastic, starting with the welcome. The structure is typical of the Val di Fassa and could use a little restyling (but that's just my critical architectural eye). The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the service staff was perfect (a special shout-out to Alessia, who met all our requests, and there were 26 of us!). The food deserves special mention, too: excellent, perhaps even a little better, considering it was prepared for over 200 guests per evening. For once, I can't find any negatives. No, I'm wrong. The gym area could be improved with a more welcoming space and newer equipment, but we managed anyway. Excellent experience.

Together with my family, we have joined a group of more than 200 people to a ski camp. We all were accommodated to the Trento hotel. It was one of the most beautiful ski vacations. This is largely due to the wonderful conditions and warm environment provided and created by the hotel staff. In top of all, was the performance of Roberto who has delighted us all with his live music. A marvelous cocktail offered by the most professional bartender I ever met, Florin, shared with friends and listening Roberto’s music, has made a magic moment of every evening.

This year, we again took a vacation with the Vitaletà group, and it was a wonderful experience at this property, which welcomed us like family. The manager is attentive to every need, and the staff is helpful and extremely kind. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-appointed. However, for me, the highlight was the food: the menu is very varied, and above all, the food is well-proportioned and light. From the morning, breakfast is very rich and varied, both sweet and savory, and I really appreciated the quality of the hot and cold beverage dispensers, which are not always easy to find. I truly enjoyed this stay, and I highly recommend it.

For the fourth year in a row, we returned to the Hotel Trento, where we felt pampered by the staff, enjoyed the good food, and enjoyed the quiet room. Kindness and attentiveness are their hallmarks. The wellness center is a great addition after the hikes. We'll be back.
