We just returned from the beautiful Val di Fassa and chose this hotel for our stay. Located 1 km from the center of Pozza, it offers beautiful views and a quiet setting. The renovated room is comfortable and clean. The dinner dishes are very good and beautifully presented. Breakfast, however, could be improved. Overall, a modest hotel, ideal for those with modest expectations and offering good value.

Excellent location with ample parking, close to the center of Pozza. Comfortable, family atmosphere, clean and welcoming rooms. Good quality food. Very friendly owners and staff (Maria is top notch). We'll be back.

Good things: room very clean, dinner tasteful. But very unpleasant and unwelcoming hosts. We were coming late on check in and asked to keep the dinner for us (pack it or whatever), which they refused. They only gave us the key and no info about the services whatsoever. We found out by accident after a couple of days that they have a shuttle to drive the guests to the ski lift. They also didn't give us Val di Fassa guest cards. Dirty table cloths from dinner were not changed for the breakfast next day. Beds uncomfortable, pillows very hard. No towels in the sauna.

I gave it a full 5 stars because:
- the rooms are welcoming, clean, and in the three consecutive years I've stayed there, they've always made small improvements.
- the service has always been friendly and attentive to our needs. It almost feels like home!
- the location is strategic. Pozza di Fassa is a small but beautiful village in the magnificent Fassa Valley, located on a side street that's easy to reach and very quiet, far from the noise that can be felt during peak season.
- food: we're half-board, and every day we can count on a full breakfast with choices for all tastes and a different dinner every day with excellent dishes and gourmet presentation.

We stayed at this family-run property and I must say we had a truly wonderful time, feeling like we were part of a family.
The place is beautiful and quiet, just steps from the center, with very convenient parking.
The property is very well-maintained, with comfortable and clean rooms, and plentiful, high-quality food.
The owners are wonderful people, very kind and helpful, as is all the staff. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel, we stayed from July 4th to 13th. The owners are of a unique kindness, strategic and excellent location, meals always varied and of excellent quality. I recommend it and I hope to be able to return. Thanks Sara ❤ Lionella

The room that was given to us showed some defects including the impossibility of regulating the temperature in the room because there is no thermostat (the first night we woke up with 24/25 degrees and an incredible dryness, we had to switch off the heaters from the valve to be able to sleep the following nights), the noise of the air exchange systems quite strong and the size of the second room very small, it was a single but they put two beds in it. The positive thing is that we stayed in the structure for a ski holiday and it is in an ideal place for mountain lovers. Average breakfast and dinners.

Beautiful Hotel at an affordable price in a strategic position, both for the winter and summer seasons. The beds are comfortable, the meals are delicious, plentiful and offer customers a wide choice of Italian cuisine and traditional Trentino cuisine. The staff is very welcoming, kind, passionate, and expert in the Val di Fassa and its surroundings. The shuttle service and the sauna, included in the price, represent the added value of this hotel. The setback I mean simple and neat, making the gemmy hotel a perfect vacation spot.
