**Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here**

I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing our stay at this hotel was. The location is abysmal – it’s situated in between two towns, with no convenient access to ski lifts or restaurants. We spent most of our time trying to find somewhere else to go.

The community pool-style sauna was just as depressing as the rest of the place. It looked like it hadn't been updated in decades, and the ambiance was more sad than relaxing. The space felt cramped, with poor lighting, and honestly, it seemed like a relic from the past that was forgotten by the owners.

The real low point came when the owner accosted us in the hallway. We had noticed a broken item in our room and were politely informing the staff about it, thinking they’d appreciate the heads-up. Instead, the owner accused us of breaking it and treated us like we were criminals. Not only was this embarrassing, but to add insult to injury, they charged us for something that was already damaged before we even checked in.

The lack of professionalism, coupled with the dreadful facilities and poor location, makes this hotel absolutely not worth your time or money. We will never be returning.
