Stayed for a week with 3 mates during our cycling holiday. Amazing facilities, bike room, laundry room, garage - all connected to the main building. Great contact with the owners, no problems during our stay, can absolutely recommend.

It's comfortable, very well and practically equipped, and the people who run it are really nice. I would stay again.

Spacious, clean, coasy and well equiped. We stayed just for one night during our road trip but this is a place to retur to for a longer stay with family in winter or summer. Besides the nice apartments, there is bike room, ski locker and laundry room available for guests. Stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location, incredibly close (walking distance) to the Ciampedie lift. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. The building has everything you might need, including a laundry room and heated lockers in the ski room, perfect to dry boots, gloves and helmets after a day on the slopes. The hosts, Manuel and Iris, gave us incredible and very useful tips for the places to visit, the slopes, the restaurants, and everything in the many beautiful areas of Val di Fassa and beyond, which can be overwhelming to explore on your own. We are definitely going back!

I would like to warn you against booking this place.

My flight was modified a week before arrival, but I was calm as I received a message from the property via the booking system with a link to 'online check-in', which is often recognized as self-check-in nowadays. After filling in all the data, I informed the property about my planned later arrival time (10-11pm). I’ve got a short answer that I can collect the keys to the apartment ONLY between 4pm and 8pm. I asked if they could leave the keys in a different place: locker, another hotel/shop nearby, I offered to pay extra for someone from the staff to wait for me for 3 hours. All my requests were rejected.

Finally I asked to cancel my reservation due to misunderstanding with this „online check-in” or just change the date from Fri->Sat (I checked that they still had rooms available, and there were only 3 days left until my arrival). This request was also rejected even though it was supported by booking co - there was only one comment: „you made a mistake and now you have to pay, if you had booked a room through our website I would have helped you and provide self checkin”.

In the end I lost my whole money and was forced to find another hotel.

Don't make a mistake and don't book rooms here. The owner treats booking website guests as lower category.

This is a FIRST class place to stay. The rooms and the service are first class. The staff is professional, courteous and responsive. They accommodated our change in plans with very little advanced notice.
