The front desk man (Igor?) was fantastic. He was all over the place getting things done.
Spa was enjoyable after being in the mountains all day. I’d imagine even better if I was skiing all day.
Breakfast was great.
From the moment we arrived, the staff exuded the kind of apathy that makes you question whether you’re truly expected, or merely endured in this regimented environment. Smiles were scarce. Requests were met with sighs. At times, it felt like we’d wandered into a place that hadn’t seen joy in years — a hotel run not with care, but obligation from start to finish.
Facilities are nice and well maintained, breakfast with huge variety of products!
The SPA is medium sized, with 2 saunas, turkish bath, jacuzzi and relax room, all just a bit too dark.
Really appreciate the possibility to store my bike in the balcony of the room.
Only small detail that made us feel a bit "under observation" is the rigidity on the times: for instance SPA is operational until 19.00, max a few minutes more, breakfast until 10.00 and at 9.55 we were asked if we wanted a last round of the buffet cause they were going to start removing stuff... A bit more relaxation on this point, especially since the hotel was not very full, would make the stay more enjoyable.
