Good cleaning .. the rooms at least mine very bare, but obviously it's one night and away and I don't ask for much!
Friendly and helpful manager service.
Private parking for those like me who have a car loaded with suitcases.
Personally I would be 2 stars but this hotel has a strong point that marries the third star!
If you intend to visit Padre Pio it takes very little, maybe 2..3 minutes on foot. Not a small convenience!
