We stayed at Hotel Conti with our beloved dog Lola and had an overall positive experience! The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the facility was clean and comfortable. Last night's pizza was delicious—a real surprise! However, we did notice that the pillows were a little too thin for our taste. Furthermore, the buffet was always the same, although they occasionally added something new. Despite this, we had a great time, and Lola was treated like a queen. If they improved the pillows and varied the buffet a little more, it would be perfect! I still recommend Hotel Conti for its hospitality and the dog-friendly option.

Wonderful stay at the Hotel Conti! The location is excellent, just steps from the center and convenient for reaching the main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with fresh, quality products. The staff was extremely kind and always available, ready to accommodate our every request. A special thank you to all the staff for their professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

It was our third time in Conti Hotel - it should be the best recomandation 😀. This is the place where you want to be when you want holiday reset. Chef Fulvio servce you best all tastes of Italy - pasta, frutti do mare etc.

Unfortunately we have almost reached the end of this wonderful holiday!
We arrived on August 11th at this hotel and we immediately felt at home!
Friendly staff, the guys in charge of the dining room are very attentive, especially Gabriel who takes care of the dining room, always very careful in making the children eat first..
Excellent food..very flexible hours from breakfast to lunch and dinner...San Mauro is a place suitable for families..
What can I say guys, thank you for this totally relaxing holiday...a place to definitely return!

3 of us stayed in this 3-star hotel (2 adults, one child) with our medium-sized dog.
The room is simple, but neat and clean. The small terrace, but equipped with a clothesline and a chair.
We chose the all-inclusive formula and we did very well, for the holiday we were looking for. Good food is fresh, congratulations!
The staff everywhere is very kind and smiling, attentive to every need.
Not right on the beach, but just a short walk away.
Experience to be recommended and repeated

The welcome and availability are unparalleled. The cuisine is excellent. The rooms are simple but well kept and clean. The railway was a small flaw for us as we had the room right next door but at night no trains pass and the air conditioning allows you to keep the windows closed. Relaxing and perfect holiday!

I am a teacher who accompanied her class on an educational trip to Emilia a few days ago. We stayed in this hotel which certainly has a good logistical location. Personally, due to my food intolerances, I can say that my requests to receive simple meals have always been satisfied. On the other hand, however, many of my students complained about the food. My room was adequate but my boys' rooms were decidedly small to be shared by 4. The hotel staff was generally very helpful, allowing the boys to wander around and make noise at night.

My experience was definitely not the best. What disappointed me above all was the food they served to me and my friends, which was really poor (mold in the donuts) and sometimes even expired (rusks that expired a good two weeks ago). Many of my friends have experienced intestinal problems, some resulting in vomiting and diarrhea. Friendly and helpful waiters, night reception sometimes unpleasant and not very helpful, but they allowed us to dance until late, probably because we were the only ones staying. Insufficient cleanliness, we found mold inside the fridge, really small rooms, from the photos they seemed much larger and more comfortable, one room even had no bidet. The location is a short walk from the beach.
If I had to recommend a hotel in the area, I would definitely not recommend this one. (The attached photo shows the mold found inside the fridge in the room).

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days on a school trip to Emilia Romagna. I, my fellow teachers and the kids had a very good time. The staff (night porter, restaurant table service, cleaning) was very kind and professional, satisfying our food requests especially for those with specific needs or intolerances and entertainment (dance music until late at night). The location of the hotel is excellent, a two minute walk from the beach and the bus dropped us off right in front. The rooms were very comfortable and the cleaning service was excellent. Wonderful hotel, clean and highly qualified staff, Maria at the reception is exceptional, very kind and very professional. The hotel is a stone's throw from the sea and the bus stop. Excellent room cleanliness. The breakfast and dinner were very varied and fresh with quality raw materials. Everything good and fresh. I recommend it to families and groups. Located in a strategic position to be able to reach everything you want. Highly recommended
