I stayed for a week with my family and dog. We had a good time (good food and rooms were almost always clean with towel changes), but what really pissed me off was that when I returned the car, it was completely covered in resin on the hood and roof. After bringing it in the same day to be cleaned without success, they told me it wasn't their fault, but the plants outside (I replied that they had taken the car keys and that they were responsible for where it was parked... besides, the various ads had guaranteed parking, which I paid for). The bed mattresses need changing.

A week-long vacation, everything was perfect, I felt like I was part of the family.

The rooms were clean, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The location is excellent, being just steps from the sea and the center of Gatteo. The restaurant wasn't great; my partner and I found some unpleasant surprises in the food...

Of the Hotel Pasini group, I think it's the smallest, but it still has everything!
Breakfast was spoiled for choice, and the food for lunch and dinner was excellent, both for fish and meat dishes, which not everyone knows how to cook in a seaside resort!
The only flaw was that we didn't understand how the all-inclusive option works, because aside from where you eat, which is all-inclusive, you pay for the bar, and the various drinks included, outside the restaurant, no one mentioned them!

This was my first time at this hotel, part of the Pasini Family Hotels trio.
What can I say? It feels like home, as kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness reign supreme. The rooms are spotless, the only thing that needs some work is the bathroom; I'm quite tall, so sitting on the toilet, my knees would hit the shower stall.
The food was really good, especially the fish. Perhaps the table service was a bit rushed; more than once, we didn't even have time to finish the first course before the second course was served and left on the table. Another thing that needs work is that if you arrive at the restaurant at 7:30 PM, you can find something on the buffet; if you arrive half an hour later, the tastiest and best things are already gone :-(
Another negative that I think needs some work is the coffee offered at breakfast. Never mind the vending machine, but in my opinion, the coffee is really poor; everything else is really good.
I'll definitely be back.

Clean rooms excellent. Excellent quality of food. Professionalism and friendliness of the owners. The only flaw is soundproofed rooms even if comfortable. Little privacy and tranquility. La Bella Zurich where I stayed for 38 days had too many small children who were entertained every evening until 10.30 pm; and adults do not. But next year I will return, it would be the fifth year

Xche it was a very pleasant stay, the hosts friendly people who make you feel at home, nice and very helpful staff, cleanliness taken care of. We will definitely go there again. Competitive prices and beach included in the price. What can you say about the food? All very good with a wide choice

Great welcome. Nice and clean rooms I would add at least 1 mirror where you can see yourself in full. The balconies are equipped with a really useful drying rack instead of the usual dangling wire. Air conditioning present well functioning and silent to be adjusted at will. Digital terrestrial in the room. Lunch and dinner always preceded by a rich and varied buffet. Excellent cuisine with abundant dishes and also typical of the area. A stone's throw from the private beach with adjoining bar. For children there is a very nice play area. The pool is wonderful with a lifeguard present is located right in the hotel next door just cross the road and you will find us immediately in front of the entrance. To go back for sure. Ideal for families and not.

A heartfelt thanks, however, goes to Giulia who, with her smile and sweetness, knows how to conquer everyone.
In the room I had asked to find a bottle of wine to celebrate the wedding and they made us find petals, hearts and wine in cooler. THEY WERE FANTASTIC. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Welcoming but not intrusive, diligent and responsive in dealing with every small request. Congratulations to all the staff for an attentive and attentive service in the restaurant area - with a very varied and well-crafted offer of dishes and the excellent cleaning of common areas and rooms.
