Hotel Florida in Silvi Marina

Birdlife along the coast & inland was spectacular with Nightingales, Cetti's warbler, Bee-eater & Golden orioles daily inland. Our first ever beachfront hotel & first ever Adriatic visit. Our 10 day stay was the most relaxing time for years & the free bikes enabled us to explore further. Francesco & his team were excellent in every respect (even reorganising our stay after Booking.com cancelled) organising airport transfers & putting up with our dawn excursions! Being only 200m from a nature reserve & access to countryside beyond the road & railway line (frequent trains so earplugs needed) made it perfect for an ecologist & flora was very Mediterranean.

Hotel Florida is located just steps from the sea; just cross the street and you're on the beach, with an umbrella, two loungers, and a director's chair included in the price of the hotel. The umbrellas are well-spaced, the sea is clean, and you can take long walks along the shoreline. The only complaint about the beach is the lack of the following amenities: a shower, a footbath, a toilet, and changing cabins. You can shower at the nearby beach.
The hotel's room was clean and very good, with a good towel service. Not very spacious but comfortable, it also had a TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a small terrace.
The food was very good, almost always seafood-based; sometimes the kitchen staff asked if you wanted a second helping. The local wines were good and reasonably priced.
My only complaint is the lack of a vegetable buffet.
Friendly staff, a family-run hotel, and helpful with any requests or questions about the area.

The center of Silvi Marina is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
This hotel is excellent for families with small children given its proximity to the beach.

Simple, welcoming, and discreet hotel. For those seeking a family atmosphere. Comfortable rooms with ample outdoor space. Clean but small. Good food service. Limited menu selection. Beachfront with good beach service (palm umbrella, lounge chairs, and a director's chair) and a play area for the little ones. Excellent! For those with modest expectations, this is the perfect place. The only downside...very noisy freight trains at night. Very!

I stayed here a week and I was very happy in all respects! Great courtesy of the staff, delicious and always varied food (excellent breakfast), very clean room and rooms, large private parking and private beach just a stone's throw away! I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to spend a quiet beach holiday. Well done Florida hotel !!

Maximum friendliness and helpfulness, the owner and his very efficient collaborators. Excellent location for a quiet holiday if you decide to be pampered by the sea and simplicity, but if you want liveliness and nightlife Silvi Marina offers a lot during the day and after dinner .. good for you .. you have a beautiful area.
