We are a married couple travelling together and we often go to this really nice, modern and cosy hotel. We feel it represents the right combination to allow us to spend some time in the open air or simply to relax in the SPA. Thera era also many open air activities offered by the structure, such as visiting the old historical part of Fiuggi. The staff strives to fulfil all people’s needs. Excellent food both for breakfast and other meals with a great variety.

The front rooms of the hotel are beautiful. The actual accommodations where guests stay are dirty and drab. There is no decor. There was a layer of dirt on the floor. There was mold in the bathroom. The hotel changed room reservations. They didn't honor a written agreement to book enough rooms for my party. I watched a couple have to force the front desk to give them the one room they booked because the hotel disagreed with their marital status and wanted them to have two rooms.

The room was not to the standard of a 4 star in its furnishing. The sink stopper was broken. the tubs outside were great if you were young and agile, otherwise difficult if not dangerous to get into. The food was average. The staff in general were smiley and helpful. At the restaurant remeber you have 2 Menu's the Bistrot and the à la carte, they are both available at dinner (even though you are not well informed when they bring you the menu)

After a long day of traveling this was an easy stop to book on the internet & came w/ a good price. Touted as a wellness hotel, but I didn't take advantage of any of the amenities. I was too tired & just wanted to sleep. There was lots of activity back and forth to the spa so I could tell others enjoyed it. The room was large had all the amenities you would need for forgotten bathroom goodies. I did consider the benefits stiff. Nice thick robes were provided if you chose to use the spa. The dinner was hit & miss. One entree was great while the other I had to contemplate : (
Fresh turn around in the morning with a nice great breakfast. Lots of healthy choices, fresh juices AND AMAZING COFFEE prepared by a "professional" barista. That guy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He was a whirlwind: focused, highly skilled.. very ambidextrous ... Remarkable maestro, xoxo!

We arrived on the evening of 23/08/2025 and the staff was rude and unhelpful. There was transcribed evidence of switching two rooms from the wedding party to a day early but the front desk tried to argue it. When shown proof, he was very put out and refused to put us in two rooms and forced us to have three (5 people). They refused to accomodate us the next day into two rooms even though we were told tomorrow it’d be possible. Originally, 17 rooms were assigned for the wedding party, they split us into 23 rooms. It was a small wedding. No more than 50 people. They split the married couple into separate rooms. We had to ask for robes and towels. Service was beyond slow at the computer, not talking, actual use of the computers and printers. We felt looked down on and dismissed every time we interacted with the front office. Horribly disappointed considering every other place we’ve stayed has been beyond warm and welcoming from Milan to Naples. I had said our whole trip Italians were the nicest people ever. Until we got to this hotel. What a disappointment to their people. Immediately upon entering, we felt unwelcome. Amenities were good. A spa is included with the visit that includes hot tub, salt(?) pool, water beds, sauna, etc. You could pay for a massage. The facility itself was fine. It was the front staff that made it a horrible experience.

I had a great time in this hotel. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is well varied and good quality. The best part is the wellness centre though: big, quiet, and with all comforts, able to low down your cortisol levels in just one day. I felt very pampered afterwards

A fine experience but nothing special. I would have rather gone somewhere else. My partner and I did a night which included a light dinner and spa entry.

The spa:
My biggest complaint is the mildew smell, it made me wonder how clean everything was…

-The outdoor jacuzzis were not hot enough
-Indoor pool did not have many massage nets workings and the pressure was very weak
-Staff did not seem very attentive to guests
-They lack a hand rail going down to the spa which is a huge safety hazard

Light dinner:
A big disappointment. The quality was not good and selection was awful. Come on, how is hummus and vegetables considered “light dinner”? I suggest you call it an aperitivo and not dinner to prevent let down. We arrived early for dinner and we’re the only ones there but they make you sit at a pre selected table and they put us in the middle of the room. After 5 minutes, another couple walks in and go figure, out of 30 empty tables, they sit them right next to us.!

Room:
The bed was very large and comfy and bathroom very clean. The walls has marks all over them and there wasn’t even coffee or anything stoked in the fridge that we could purchase. The TV was just sitting on the desk in the corner of the room and was very small so a movie night after the spa isn’t that great…

Location is good and check in was easy but overall I wouldn’t come back.

Staying here at the moment and would highly recommend this lovely hotel. It’s right in the centre of Fiuggi . Very high standards throughout, service, decor , cleanliness. The breakfast is ample and the food we have eaten in the restaurant was fantastic.you would think it would be expensive but it’s very reasonable. 2 Euro for coffee , the spa is perfect and the outside jaquzzi’s are wonderful especially in the evening with the terrace lit with pretty fairy lights .It’s lovely weather already , maybe too hot in the summer months I would say . But for an early break sampling the local food and local ambiance it’s wonderful .
