Been here a while ago and had a pretty sour experience.
The whole town was packed with some carnaval and the only room we could find was here... however the lady at the reception said she only had a very-very small one, which was the one for the house keepers. Ok, it was the only option so no biggy. However, the room was full of flies. dead flies were inbetween the sheets.
Secondly, the breakfast was a bad joke.
Thirdly, the lady which said the cleaning lady's room was 60 euros, the next day she wanted to charge 70. It's not about the 10 euros...it was about the bad taste it left for the hotel.
Fourthly, it was overally-stupid that there were dogs everywhere and they were very pet friendly, however, at the same thime they had dozen of stuffed animals everywhere.....

The staff at Hotel Millefiori was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately there were some issues during our stay. The hotel is in need of renovations and could use some updating. The most frustrating experience was that the housekeeping staff went through our belongings, including our bags, during cleaning. We talked to the owner about it, asking if they could refrain from going through our bags, but she didn't seem to understand our concerns and insisted that there was no problem. Overall, while the staff was nice, the hotel could use some improvements in terms of facilities and privacy.

A hotel just a few kilometers from Vigo with a beautiful view of the Dolomites. A very friendly and helpful family-run hotel, always welcoming and accommodating to their guests. The wooden rooms are well-organized. The bathroom could use some updating, but it's still very clean and functional. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options. Prices are average for the Val di Fassa.

A pleasant vacation is sadly over: Breakfast offers a perfect variety of sweet and savory options, all excellent quality and delicious! And the same goes for dinner!
Furthermore, the staff is kind, friendly, and helpful; our room was cozy with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel's location is excellent for those like us who love tranquility away from the chaos of the city center, yet still convenient for reaching the sights.
Special mention goes to the super-fast, friendly, and helpful waiter!

Good location, panoramic view, and food. But even though we hadn't chosen half board, we were charged €22 even for a mandatory dish from that menu, preventing us from choosing and paying for only the dish we chose from the restaurant menu. This isn't fair. €10 per day for the dog is excessive and unjustified, given that not even a bowl of water and some dog food were offered, which would have cost very little but would at least be a kind gesture.
