Central Hotel in Moena

Great little spot and super central, the staff are very discreet and friendly, the breakfast is a mix of cold cuts, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, juices, coffee and pastries, they have a grip to heat up the bread and make a nice hot toastie! The room we took was one up from standard, was a little on the small side but we only slept there. The spa has a sauna, steam room, bath tub and relaxation area, it’s yours exclusively for an hour when you book it. My two recommendations would be to have some lounge music during breakfast and in the small pub attached as well as dimmer lights in the pub, yet that’s me and the style I like.

We spent an unforgettable week at the Central Hotel in Moena, choosing the splendid tower suite on the top floor 🏰. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the central location: right on the main square, in the heart of the village, with everything within easy reach 🚶‍♂️. The icing on the cake? The panoramic view of the Dolomites 🌄, truly picture-perfect, which accompanies you from morning until evening.

The suite was spacious, bright, and well-maintained ✨, with warm and welcoming furnishings that immediately convey a mountain atmosphere 🪵. The bed was incredibly comfortable 🛏️, the bathroom clean and functional 🚿. Everything was tidy and with attention to detail: we felt pampered.
The only flaw: the rooms, unfortunately, aren't very soundproof 😕. In particular, you can clearly hear noises coming from adjacent rooms and sometimes even from the corridor 🔊. Nothing dramatic, but for light sleepers, it can be a bit annoying.

The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention 🍩🥐☕: very generous and with fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit, and typical local products 🧀🥛. A pleasant awakening every morning! The only drawback is that after a few days, it becomes repetitive, and the savory portion is a bit limited 🥓🥚. With a little more variety, it would be truly perfect.

The reception staff was always kind and helpful 🙌: ready to provide information, recommendations for walks, restaurants, and activities. The feeling was one of great professionalism, but at the same time, of friendliness and a smile 😊, which always makes the difference on vacation.

A wonderful surprise was the spa in the basement 🧖‍♂️🧖‍♀️. Small but very well-maintained, with a sauna, Turkish bath, and emotional showers: perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The fact that it can be booked exclusively for a certain time makes it even more enjoyable: intimacy and relaxation guaranteed 💆.

Equally important is the private parking 🚗, very convenient considering the central location. It's a plus that many downtown hotels can't offer, but here it's included.

💶 The price is certainly a bit higher than average, but entirely justified by the location, the services offered, and the overall comfort. It's an investment that reflects on the quality of the stay.

Strategic location, very welcoming staff, the small SPA is a gem, excellent ancillary services, a somewhat small bathroom and rooms that are not perfectly soundproofed, but this does not affect the romantic atmosphere. Overall very good evaluation !! I'd go back!
