We arrived at the hotel for a 3 night stay but were so pleased with the service and hotel facilities that we stayed an extra 2 days. We were attending a wedding in the area and reception organised a manicure and hairdresser for me. My husband is gluten free and the staff went out of their way to offer him gluten free items including bakery treats. The breakfasts are great. We had a kitchenette and separate lounge area plus balcony with table and chairs. Excellent value for the price. We booked a private session on the sauna and spa area which was very clean and well managed. The hotel also has a lovey swimming pool and a separate seating area and plunge pool in the roof. The staff were unfailingly polite , helpful and smiling . So nice to find a well run hotel and no complaints.

We had a few nights after the easter and we had a good time at this hotel. Their staffs were all courteous and very patient with everyone of us. The rooms were all nice and very clean. A big PLUS is that they have parking area. Their breakfast buffet were really nice and we enjoyed all the foods that they have prepared each day!!! The only this is that, i know it isn’t the fault of the hotel but my son has lots of mosquito bites all over his arms and body. But over all, this has place is a good hotel with many amenities, like a spa too and a jacuzzi at the 5th floor and you can order food or drinks. This is a very well organized hotel and their priority are their clients!! Thank you!!!

We returned to Valentino for the second time after 15 years and had excellent memories of it. The structure is still beautiful and clean, except for some small defects in the rooms (bathrooms without windows and very narrow, single rooms inside the apartments without mirrors and lamps). The thing that really left us perplexed and for which we will not return to Valentino is the inattention of the staff (every morning five of us had breakfast and every morning there was no place at the table) and the treatment reserved for vegetarian/vegan customers. We had informed the hotel restaurant (where we dined à la carte) that two of us would be vegetarians, but, except for the first evening, the proposals have always been burgers and meatballs from the supermarket and grilled vegetables (never legumes, never cheeses ). Furthermore, the vegetarian "menu" was announced verbally by the waiter, who implicitly urged us to choose the courses immediately, without us having time to think like the rest of the diners. As for breakfast, we had communicated that one of us would need vegan options due to health problems. The first morning they showed us four high quality pastry croissants, while the next day four arrived clearly frozen and all chocolate, plus from that day they brought whole vegan tarts to the table (terrible), as if they wanted to underline that they had bought them especially for us (which a waiter also did, clearly telling us that it was he who went to buy the vegan croissants every morning). Naturally, when we asked for savory options for breakfast, we were offered grilled vegetables. In 2022 it is inconceivable not to have vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu and vegan desserts in the breakfast buffet, but it is even worse that customers with special needs have to point them out throughout the holiday and constantly feel uncomfortable.

For us, Valentino was a point of reference, then everything changed. I am not referring to the staff, always impeccable and attentive, nor to the Director, an exquisite person, but to the opening of the Resort to dogs, of any size and size. We would miss nothing against 4-legged friends, there are excellent pensions for our dogs and I do not find it correct to host dogs in the room where the next customer will stay. If I showed up with a cow 🐄 would I have the same right that dog owners have to let her sleep in the room with me ?. If you had to rethink the setting of the Resort, perhaps dedicating the ground floor to dog owners with the prohibition of bringing your dog into the pool, please let us know. Thank you.

An easy FIVE STARs. This hotel is one of the few that go way above and beyond the satisfy the customer. The room was comfortable, clean, and ultra-modern. There's a HUGE bathtub for soaking. Parking is FREE and secure (underneath the hotel). There was a large balcony with an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea. Property is 100% COVID19 safety compliant. LAUNDRY ROOM! There's a self-service laundry room. The machines weren't working properly, but this gave the front desk an opportunity to go above and beyond the call of duty. When the coin-op dryers failed to dry my heavy load, the nighttime desk clerk offered to dry my cloths in the industrial dryer they use for hotel housekeeping. On top of that, he offered to remove my cloths after they were dry and hold them at the front desk until morning. This enabled me to get some much-needed sleep. In the morning, on checkout, the desk clerk offered to refund 100% of my laundry money as compensation for the trouble.

Rooms nice, spacious, good view, perfect cleaning service daily! Price good, location absolutely fine, one minute from the beach. The beach is a bit busy but gets quiet between 13:00 and 15:00 when everyone disappears. Most guests are Italian.
Feedback for the manager of the hotel: your staff needs to learn English!!!! Very very poor! People who serve breakfast don ´ t know basic words sich as orange? Bread? Butter? Also the receptionists:-( impossible to communicate with them.
Breakfast service not good - you wait forever for coffee and everything. Why can ´ t the guests take what they want as in other hotels? Here you stand in a line like a schoolkid and wait for a slow man to serve you….
Anyway overall a good nice place. We recomend it to patient people who like their breakfasts slow:-)

Structure with attention to detail, elegant rooms furnished with taste and very innovative. Inside the room there are some wall Flyingbars that I would define wonderful. The staff and the manager Stefania, as well as Dino, Francesca and all the others, were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The only flaw is the Sottocoperta beach which has an agreement with the Hotel. The beach manager treats the customers of the Velia in an arrogant and rude way, reserving for them the poorest and oldest sunbeds and the most sacrificed beach umbrellas.

Recently refurbished hotel located practically on the beach (You only have to cross the road). Lots of clubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and 10 minutes from the center. The rooms are quiet, furnished in a modern style with comfortable beds, TV, air conditioning, minibar, safe and bathroom with large shower. Rich and abundant breakfast, both sweet and salty. All the staff were very kind and helpful: Paolo and the excellent reception service, as was all the staff. Ultimately a very valid choice in Grottammare.

Fantastic hotel in all respects. Completely renovated and with minimal modern furnishings and why not, also of design. Staff all kind and smiling, they gave us a great hand in our stay, both for information and also for restaurant recommendations and reservations (all perfectly fitting, however). Hotel that includes private underground parking, a breakfast with every need, our room was very clean and nice, full of every attention, not only small soaps and shower caps, but also slippers, shaving kit, toothbrushes with toothpaste, bathroom shower. An umbrella with 1 sun bed and 1 deck chair is also included in the price. I would say that the conditions for a perfect stay were great for us, so much so that we wanted to return immediately. Highly recommended.
