We stayed for two for seven days on a half-board basis. We had a room on the fourth floor with a sea-view terrace, parking, and beach access included in the price. We had a wonderful time, ate well, and the owner, like all the staff, was extremely kind and helpful. It's a family-run hotel, and although some reviews say it's well-furnished, my husband and I are more concerned with cleanliness and service. Thanks to all the hotel staff, and especially to the owners, Sabrina and Doriano.

Strengths: Kind, helpful staff, excellent, varied food, also suitable for those with food allergies, location near the sea with a private beach, bicycles available. Weaknesses: The building and rooms are dated and uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel, excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent menu. A special mention to Oscar, who is always kind and helpful. Two points that could be improved, in my opinion. Parking is a sore point for holiday resorts. The service and the availability of indoor parking are appreciated, but unfortunately, during my week, the cars were returned completely covered in bird droppings, presumably seagulls. It should be considered that if they remain like this for two weeks, it becomes a problem because the bodywork is damaged, given that the droppings are corrosive. The second sore point is the beach. The staff is rather aloof, the umbrella assignments are imprecise, and the spaces are truly too small.

Overall, it's adequate. The building is nice but too dated. You can hear everything from the street. The windows are from the 1960s. The bathrooms are functional but old. The kitchen is more than adequate. The first courses are excellent.

We were on vacation at the Welcome Hotel in these days of August 2022 and we really had a happy holiday.
The owners are exquisite: The Director Pericles is a volcano of ideas, always available with whom you can talk about everything and Maia, the sister who manages the Hotel team with sweetness and precision at the same time, thus creating a serene and very welcoming environment. .
The restaurant has a very young team, but well coordinated by Evelyn and with excellent food (lots of fish!).
And then let me thank Sofia and Karolina at the desk, in particular Karolina who one afternoon, supported by other colleagues, took care to go and check in the room that our little dog Daisy was okay because she had heard some yelps. Result? Daisy calmed down before we got there shortly.
Thanks again and keep it up!

This property turned out to be very disappointing - I stayed from August 17th to 21st 2022
1) the food is decent but they give it to you weighed !!!!!
2) the waiters are very young but inexperienced
3) the room is not ventilated, and while you are eating they also turn off the air conditioning
4) The air conditioners are regulated by a control unit, and operated day and night so as to die of heat
5) A hair of arm was also found on some dishes, immediately reported to the waiter
6) ahhh I forgot, upon arrival I was told that I had to leave the hotel one day before ... !!!!! (it was an oversight and they couldn't warn me

We stayed for one night in an all-inclusive quadruple room. Nice, clean room with all the services described, working. Very nice staff and owners who made us feel at home.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The location with respect to the sea is excellent, with an agreement with a good beach. The structure needs to refresh a bit and keep up with the times. The dining room has no windows that can be opened and this does not allow the air to be changed during breakfast, lunch and dinner. very hot. discreet cleanliness. not good meals. it is not a hotel for families. it does not have internal entertainment even if among the services it says entertainment for children. disappointing hotel result.

We stayed at the Pineta hotel for a week and our stay was fantastic.
Mara has fulfilled our every wish with care and kindness. Luca and the boys served us in the best way.
Excellent food and the lido associated with the structure is very nice and serves very good cuisine.
