Hotel Maestrale in San Benedetto del Tronto

stayed for two weeks in this hotel, unfortunately we were not well. the staff who do what they can, but the structure is dated, and the management is saving money .. the two cleaning girls had to clean the entire hotel in a very short time with evident results on the quality of cleaning of the room and of the structure .. variety of food presented by the site and by the email is a distant mirage so much so that the selection of the first courses was reduced to a dish chosen by the cook or white pasta / tomato or white rice (in white the pasta was drained and off, without oil or butter ..), a second course from land or sea, and a mixed salad (15 days per row, never a variation! I don't know, two grilled vegetables!) followed by dessert (so to speak .. watermelon, melon with a sauce, I think, with yogurt, a plum with a pineapple ring with mint syrup are not dessert at least for me)
the only positive note was the beach service, the partner chalet was well maintained and served, although I heard that other guests staying at our hotel had problems with the availability of umbrellas and sunbeds (the package included beach service with umbrella a deck chair and a cot)

I am a former employee of the Mistral hotel and I can tell you that the place is really outrageous. Between poor quality food mold in the cheesemakers kitchen mice enslaved staff non-existent services and unpaid salaries I started working on September 6th I got my first salary on November 4th because he did not have the money, shameful Mr. Lello who besides everything after I left did not even pay me all my salary, taking away 8 days 160 € because I did not tell him I was leaving when I had already said that if not paid I would have left and there are a thousand other things that I can list that have happened to me in that very little serious working environment Mr. Lello
