Impeccable hospitality and cleanliness. Simple cuisine with quality products. Spacious room with daily towel changes. Breakfast was generous with sweet and savory treats, and yogurt. Quiet location, less than 80 steps from the sea. A truly rejuvenating holiday.

Given that we're talking about a three-star hotel, but I have something to say about that, I wouldn't recommend this property unless there's nothing better in the area, and there are certainly better ones between Grottammare and San Benedetto.
Breakfast was among the worst I've had in the last ten years in terms of product quality and variety.
The courtesy also left much to be desired (I had to insist quite a bit to get an espresso instead of the one from the automatic machines). Checkout is mandatory at 10:30 AM, and when I asked to leave the room at 2:00 PM, I was asked for a €50 charge (compared to the total room rate of €100, which was absurd).
In short, an experience to forget.

Superior room, well furnished, thorough cleaning, I suggest the provision of a "standard" minibar. Extremely helpful, nice and kind staff. As far as catering is concerned, our rating is "fantastic". Breakfast with an abundant choice, quality and exquisite products, for both lunch and dinner three choices between the first (always al dente) and three between the second, buffet for appetizers and side dishes in which to get lost. Always present the fish. The excellent quality and care in the presentation of the dishes equal to a luxury restaurant. The only flaw: the beach service includes, in addition to the beach umbrella, 2 deck chairs and no sun beds, the bathroom manager asks for 5 € per day more for each sun bed. Nice hotel with nice swimming pool and parking. Suitable for children who can play in the well-equipped indoor park. Stay from 6 to 14 September 2022. We definitely recommend it.

Great 5 day stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Always clean and tidy rooms. Nice idea of the bikes to be able to comfortably reach the neighboring places.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner always above expectations.
