the Relais Concorde is a VERY VERY CLEAN structure from the reception to the rooms. has all the necessary services. the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff make the holiday truly enjoyable. you can enjoy a breakfast with a lot of choice and dinner is very pleasant thanks to well-prepared dishes and first choice materials. the wine list is very varied and ready to satisfy any preference. the property is a few minutes walk from the beach and is in a very quiet area. if you want to enjoy a holiday in Grottammare, this is the right hotel. Congratulations to all

As a family with four girls between 1 and 7 years old, we stayed in one of the suites, very comfortable, clean and with everything necessary for our needs. The structure is convenient to reach the beach in a few minutes on foot. Exceptional cook, we enjoyed fish delicacies every day. We will be back ;-)

We stayed one night to break up a long journey. in all honesty, being a 4-star hotel, I was hoping for something better both from the point of view of the room and the services available. The hotel as a whole is clean, tidy and has very friendly staff. However, the rooms, also clean, had some problems here and there such as: one of the hinges of a folding door was broken, in the bathroom there was the sink leaking slightly from the drain siphon and the shower did not close perfectly. During the booking phase I was told that the bistro would be available for possible dinner but, probably due to the low turnout in the hotel at that time, it was not available that evening and we had to opt for an external solution. The breakfast was of good quality and rich in variety.

Superior room, well furnished, thorough cleaning, I suggest the provision of a "standard" minibar. Extremely helpful, nice and kind staff. As far as catering is concerned, our rating is "fantastic". Breakfast with an abundant choice, quality and exquisite products, for both lunch and dinner three choices between the first (always al dente) and three between the second, buffet for appetizers and side dishes in which to get lost. Always present the fish. The excellent quality and care in the presentation of the dishes equal to a luxury restaurant. The only flaw: the beach service includes, in addition to the beach umbrella, 2 deck chairs and no sun beds, the bathroom manager asks for 5 € per day more for each sun bed. Nice hotel with nice swimming pool and parking. Suitable for children who can play in the well-equipped indoor park. Stay from 6 to 14 September 2022. We definitely recommend it.

Great 5 day stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Always clean and tidy rooms. Nice idea of the bikes to be able to comfortably reach the neighboring places.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner always above expectations.

The worst hotel we have stayed in you can even have 4 stars🤦♀️we start with the lady who is at the reception (the manager) very rude ... you can have breakfast omelette) well ... then there is the railway near 20m, the monditia in front of the hotel 😡 the sea is not at 200 m as they are specifying in the advertisement is at 400 m, you can not have parking ... you have to park where you find a free seat (away from the hotel). You can nn enter x does the cleaning in the apartment (another thing that does not happen) THERE ARE A LOT !! I tried to write here with the thought that there are families who would like to know these things first! If we knew for sure we weren't coming! A hotel that doesn't even deserve a star a total disappointment .... we ran away from home x the stress and we came here to meet another stress !!! A tip for the owner CHANGE THE RESPONSIBLE ... YOU WILL DEFINITELY HAVE MORE WORK AND THE AGENT RETURNS X ANOTHER YEAR 👏
