Nuovo Hotel Anthisa in Lido di Savio

Very dirty common spaces and rooms, glass in the restaurant room on which some funny guys have drawn, given the attached dust. Attention to the non-existent covid rules (staff without mask, hand disinfectants left empty for 3 days despite repeated reporting, mulino bianco biscuits in the supermarket package from which each guest could take with their hands, restaurant room so full that they could not pass between one table and another). Small and very sad pool.
They sent us a quote with an all-inclusive formula, with the promise of screaming entertainment all day for all ages, high attention to the covid rules and en-suite bathroom with shower: all completely disregarded with almost zero animation (bored entertainers, creativity and involvement at zero, tournaments never seen before), in the bathroom with a very small shower and a curtain that sticks to you, as well as 70s taps with a practically impossible temperature regulation and a water pressure to lose half an hour for a rinse.
The only positive fact, which leads me to give 2 stars to this review, was the kitchen: it started very badly the first 3 days (risottos so overcooked as to look like polenta) they recovered overwhelmingly in the following days, with almost exquisite dishes. Unfortunately, the presentation has always remained depressing, but with a good commitment they could be able to enhance the chef's commitment.

The room is tiny, on the ground you could feel the sand (w hygiene),
The blind bathroom is a couple of square meters, the taps of the last century and THERE IS NO ASPIRATION !!
the 10 inch TV is fixed to the wall to the limit with the ceiling.
The hairdryer was in the room and not in the bathroom, the drain didn't work well, the food was scarce (breakfast is saved), the owner unpleasant.
Air conditioning?? 🤣🤣🤣
I booked ALL INCLUSIVE, but I could not take advantage of it because the bar only opens at certain times and in any case included only coke, fanta and juices, all taken from the bottle ..
The elevator was the right size for my child's stroller, so I basically had to climb on it to fit!
1 star only for the Roman waiter who is a nice guy!
