Was given a room all the way to the end and the corridor was far. Took at least 3mins with our luggages. The last room was also alitttle smaller. Call to the reception and thankfully they were able to provide a change of rooms. If you cannot stand noises, maybe get a higher floor cause the trains run till late. The only issue is the coffee machine where it was dirty with leftover coffee remnants when we tried to use it. Location was great, with a supermarket nearby and restaurants and bus stop too.

The hotel is located near the train station, about a seven to eight-minute walk away. The exterior design of the hotel looks very modern. However, the first room we were given only had a shower curtain in the bathroom, and water would spill out everywhere when showering, making the floor wet – I almost slipped. On top of that, the shower curtain smelled musty, which was quite disgusting.
After speaking with the front desk, we were moved to another room with a glass door for the shower.
This is a four-star hotel, and the official website photos showed a three-piece toiletry set (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). In reality, the room only had a three-in-one product for hand/hair/body washing. This is a significant difference in quality; typically, three-in-one products are found in hostels, B&Bs, and budget hotels, not a four-star establishment. This is misleading for consumers. When I first brought it up with the front desk, they said there was no three-piece set. After I showed them the official website photos on my second attempt, the front desk reluctantly provided body wash and body lotion.

The perfect location to catch the train or long-distance buses. Also super convenient to take the bus to the center of Venice.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which is convenient for getting around or catching a train.
The front desk staff heard we were in a hurry to catch our train, so they checked us in very quickly. We were also able to store our luggage, and they even took us directly to our room afterwards. The service was excellent! The front desk staff were also very friendly.
The room was quite spacious, the bed was clean, and the bathroom was clean. The water pressure for the shower was a bit unstable, and if you showered for a longer time, the water temperature would fluctuate between hot and cold. The air conditioning was very powerful and kept the room warm, though it was a bit dry. Although it's very close to the train station, it wasn't noisy at all; overall, it was quiet.

The location is very convenient, close to the train station and easy to travel to Venice. The staff are very nice, and the breakfast is good as well. It can be a little noisy at night because it’s near the train station, but overall it’s nice.

Hotel is located about 5mins walk from train station. We had dinner at a restaurant about 2mins walk away from the hotel and it was nice! Overall stay is great.

Good location, but disappointing service
The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro station. However, the breakfast staff seemed inexperienced, while we were eating, one of them placed a cleaning tray on our table and started cleaning the table right next to us. It was quite uncomfortable and not what you’d expect from a hotel breakfast experience.

Good location to explore Venice, easy reach to trains, airport, San Marco. Area it self not too attractive. Good value for money in Venice.
