Amazing customer service, they are impeccable at the reception. My room was clean and the toilet had just two pieces of dirty, but mainly clean, I sorted. Silent most of the time but you can hear heavy doors slamming. No kettle, no complimentary water, tea, coffee, so be prepared. I liked the location! Very peaceful.

We arrived at the hotel just after 11:30 PM. At the front desk, we met a very kind young man who checked us in and gave us the room keys and TV remote. The hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the station and offers free parking... Unfortunately, the positive points end there. We found the room in terrible condition. The window was open (at midnight on January 30th with 3 degrees outside, which is not ideal). The heating wasn't working, so we spent the night in the cold. The bedside lights were broken and wouldn't turn on. Additionally, we were given a remote that wasn't compatible with the TV in the room, so we couldn't use it. We won't be returning.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It has three stars, but they're fake. The bathroom was ancient, dirty, and neglected. The bed had springs that looked like they were 50 years old. It was October, and I only had one single blanket. The pillows were filthy, and the room was infested with bugs. The walls were painted white, but they were all dirty and stained. To top it all off, the bathroom was completely rusted, and the shower was leaking.

The staff is rude, with the exception of one receptionist. The cleaning lady is very nice and does everything for everyone.

There's no kettle, no fridge, no blankets—they just make you half a cup of coffee from the coffee machine for €2. They won't give you blankets because they don't have any (buy some on AliExpress already, shame on you).

The hair dryer is ridiculous, I've never seen anything like it. It's cold.

The plumbing is old, the faucet leaks, and the sink gets clogged.

The location is also bad, and public transportation is inconsistent, so plan for extra time.

Other than the location everything of the hotel is worst. Rooms are dingy with no blankets. Service as well; we went two times at front desk to ask for blanket, receptionist told us he will deliver in a moment but when we went for the third time another person who just started his shift told us to take blanket by ourself and gave a dirty old blanket without cover. They told us front desk service is 24 hour, but we called them in their telephone number multiple times, they don’t even responded. Hotel really needs renovation as well.

The room is not the same as the photo shown, it is very different from it. The hotel was not right at all, neither the room was right, nor the bed was right. One, when we call them, they don't pick up the call. The hotel's service was not good at all. It wasn't even one percent good. I booked a room with them last week and had to change the date. I called them so many times but they didn't answer a single call and my money was wasted just because of this. Because of this, their hotel service was not good at all. The hotel was not good at all.

No soap in the bathroom. The toilet was faulty. Filthy carpets. A hand-sized spider was found in the fan. There were no tea-making facilities or a carafe. The sheets were worn out. Fixtures were taped up everywhere and in a pitiful state. We booked a double bed but were given two single beds. There were also dead flies on the bed.

Location is near to a bus station to Venice island but room is so old and not clean with itchy bed. Smell bad though chose a non smoking room. Failed support of reception. Strongly not recommended
