Hotel Aaron in Mestre

They put me in the building across the street. The walls are thin, and closer to the weekend, people are louder at night. The cleaning people talk loudly in the hallways between 9 am and 11 am, so I couldn't sleep in most of the time (didn't matter if I had the "Do Noy Disturb" sign up).

The pillows were flat, so I had to stack them to lay on my side. I was allergic to the blanket that was in the closet, but the vents were too loud when I turned up the heat, so I had to wait for my sinuses to plug my nose so I could go to sleep.

The shampoo and shower gel are overly water. There is brown muck along one of the shower edges. If I turned the shower head down, it would slowly rise up.

Despite the nice concierge, the easy access to my room, Internet connection, and the closeness to the train/bus station, the hotel didn't live up to the reviews on here. I don't recommend staying here.

I was not informed about a breakfast, not even by the concierge or the signs in the hotel room, so I never had it.

Absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend staying here. 2 euro for your towel left of the floor?

Sings everywhere.. the bathroom was full of mould and discussing.

Very poor hygiene and service. We found mold on the shower head on the night we checked in (as shown in the picture). The front desk was extremely amateur. They couldn't clean or change the room, and asked us to wait until the next morning to deal with it. We had no choice but to find another hotel. Although it was their hotel hygiene problem, we couldn't get a full refund later. For your health, it is not recommended to stay in this hotel.
