Hotel Villa Pimpina in Carloforte

Holidaying in south west Sardinia from the U.K. in mid June 2022, we visited Caloforte, a fishing town which is on Isola di San Pietro (Saint Peter's Island), 7 kilometres off the south western coast of Sardinia.

.You reach there by a 30 minute Ferry from Casaletta.

We stayed at this 3 star hotel in the centre of Caloforte.

There is parking nearby the premises on the road that runs alongside the hotel.

We were warmly greeted by the host Giusy, and Matilde who checked us in, gave us a map of then town and a restaurant recommendation for dinner.

The hotel is beautiful decorated, well ventilated, clean and a nice atmosphere.

We were given a double room on the first floor - there is a lift at the venue.

The room was very spacious, well decorated, clean, well lit, very comfortable, adequate storage space, AC, brilliant bathroom and good wifi.

There was also a very generous outside space adjoining the room - with a table and chairs.

This was a really well decorated, comfortable room.

Breakfast was of a good variety - fruit, juices, sweet and savoury options - which you could have downstairs or in the roof garden area.

We chose to have breakfast downstairs and visited the roof garden after - it is beautiful with green grass, plants, fruit trees, wildlife ( saw 2 tortoise), .

This is such a beautiful, high quality venue - the decor, books, furniture, wall paintings etc are adorable.

Check out was swift.

I strongly recommend a minimum 2 night stays at this quality hotel, to properly enjoy their accommodation and to explore the town of Carloforte.

Great little hotel. Very Nice staff and interesting ”design”. This is a quiet place. The room was clean, big and had AC. The only - is the breakfast and the lack of parking. Walking distance to the centro. I Will come back !!!

Beautiful hotel with lots of artwork and stylish tiles. Incredible breakfast, and close to everything in town.

Amazing boutique hotel with big and extremely conformable room...breakfast is delicious and the hands make bake cake are unique. ...good quality for money best in carloforte

Nice b&b. Large rooms, some with a beautiful view on Carloforte. Good breakfast.
