Really nice hotel, we had a huge room with like 6 beds, we where only with two people however. Nice pool and the location is stunning with a nice view. Restaurant is Okay, not great. But in general a really nice hotel.

This is one of those places that will take your breathe away. The view is incredible and the food served at the restaurant will leave your mouth watering. I was literally salivating at every bite. I finished the meal and thought “i only have 3 nights left in Sardinia and i need to eat here again”.

Great stay! We enjoyed the relax atmosphere with a beautiful mountain view (and a bit further the sea). Lovely to stay over (25€ for the camper) + enjoy a wonderful 4 course dinner (40€ pp incl water and wine). Yes, it is a simple campsite, but has everything you need (hot shower, toilet, picnic table and a place to wash the dishes). The family that runs the farm is super friendly!

A stunning resort with a beautiful private beach, courts for tennis, volleyball and padel, and swimming pool. The restaurants at this resort were excellent and the room service was top notch. This is a stunning resort. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We were made to feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. The resort is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you does not seem enough. The humor and kindness shown by the team by far is what made the holiday even more special. We will be back, and we will win at Boccia next time

A nice family hotel on a wonderful beach. There are breach activities which can be booked like pedalo rent, boat trips,... But it's still quite quiet compared to other rather big resorts. Also possible to do horseback riding and Quad tours not far away at Iba sa cresia.

A beautiful resort staffed by delightful young students, our favourite being Diego, the lifeguard, who rushed to assist my daughter after she was stung by a wasp while in the pool. The wasps were plentiful, and caused quite a lot of anxiety throughout our stay, not limited to my family. There were so many little disappointments: the coffee machine at the beach bar not working one day, no milk to make cappuccinos at the other beach bar another day, no tomato sauce to make pizzas at the on-site pizzeria the next day. We just came back from this amazing holiday. First of all, we booked our holiday through "loveholidays" and I wish I could know about all the fees that the hotel got. We had a really lovely stay, very friendly staff with delicious food but the rooms are in need of an update. The bed linen and towels are worn and not of a good quality. The evening entertainment was also very poor, which was a shame as the staff could not have done more for you.

Absolutely stunning resort. The pools and the view of the ocean is gorgeous. A bit pricy for food and drinks by the pool. Definitely rent a car as there is limited shuttle service to and from the resort to the town of Porto Cervo. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

This hotel is very tired. The staff at the reception were not overly welcoming or accommodating. This is not a five star resort. But for what it is, it’s fine. Beautiful location.

Loved our stay at the resort. Staff was wonderful and the resort is beautiful. I'd upgrade the toiletries as they were very average for a 5* resort and a hair dryer was something you'd find in a 3* hotel. These are minor things though, we had a wonderful time and would come back. Staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices for the room,food and drinks. Definitely in need of an update. Food wasn't very good. Good place for a quick stopover.

Good hotel and services. Excellent parking. A negative note is that there was no seasonal fruit, melon, watermelon, peaches, or anything else for breakfast. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly.

Super friendly and helpful staff

The surrounding areas are sketchy. I walked 10 minutes to the nearby beach and it was totally trash，dirty and smelly. The room is big，can host 3 people with 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of selections. I enjoyed my stay overall.

The room furnishings/bathroom were very outdated; there was no safe in the single room. The rooms with sea views were very noisy due to street traffic, truck deliveries, and the beach bar. Breakfast was adequate, but the same every day. The staff were all very nice and friendly! Fresh towels and room cleaning were provided daily.

Short 4 night break with my wife. Great location for beach lovers as the beach is literally across the road. Pool is fine, deep for most of it, but surrounding area is limited. Overall, it was okay. In the Baltic states, this hotel would barely have 3 stars, but we’ve had worse hotels in Italy. The worst part was that they ask for money for the beach chairs, and you’re not even allowed to sit with your own towel on the beach, which is so greedy. The price-quality ratio is okay, considering all accommodations in Sardinia are quite expensive. However, compared to other hotels, I don't think this one deserves a 4-star rating. I liked that the hotel had its private beach. The furniture in our room was a bit outdated, nevertheless the bed was very comfortable. The staff is friendly.

Nice room, good service. Lots of choices for breakfast. The shuttle to the beach is an add bonus but you can also walk to the beach.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the stay as it was just what we were looking for. With breathtaking views and close proximity to the beach. The customer service was excellent they helped us with such care. We will continue to stay at this resort for future trips.

Nice, friendly hotel but there was music playing from the morning (at breakfast time) until late on the evening (midnight +). Perhaps our room was closer to the pool than others (where the entertainment area was). Lovely location. Helpful and safe. Pool was nice Family vibe.

We stayed for one week at Cala Rosa in August 2024. A very big GRAZIE to all the staff. Excellent service, it felt like home. Thanks to Matteo and the girls at the reception and thanks to the waiters. A special mention to Emmanuel, our waiter, and to the pasta girl who wears the glasses. Overall, it was good. Free parking and three meals were included. I didn't have time to see the beach. There weren't many Asians staying there. It's very close to the airport, and it seems like you can also get there by bus. It was much better than I expected, mainly because it included meals.

They don’t speak English all information and entertainment is in Italian and nothing translated for others.Very hard to understand 😞

Balance di Conte is perfect for a wind-down holiday. Plenty of sunbeds at the private beach, the water is warm. The food is excellent, a wide choice (even salads) and friendly, efficient service. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The hotel was located at a top location with a very nice view. Most of the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Our room with seaview was also good and clean. Only the bathroom could use a renovation.
