An excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the Stazione Centrale (if you are on foot) and even closer to the excellent promenade and beaches. Spacious, well furnished room with very efficient aircon, which is important in Summer. The host, Matteo, was perfect. He was in contact with me during my train journey from Bologna and on arrival gave me a lot of good local information about restaurants etc. He even understood my Italian (!) although I suspect he speaks extremely good English. I would definitely return if I am in Pescara again.
