B&B Tenuta Canneddi in Avetrana

Excellent B&B with a spectacular location in the center of Avetrana, very close to tons of restaurants and bars, and even a small supermarket.
The rooms are very nice and spacious.
The bathrooms are new.
The breakfast buffet is varied; there are only eight rooms, so it's not an endless buffet, but it's high-quality, homemade local food.
The staff are all very kind, especially Francesca, who looked after us every morning at breakfast.
You can also taste their olive oil.

Perfect stay in Avetrana from August 8 to August 10. The Tenuta Canneddi hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and gave us excellent advice. They even bought my son's favorite cookies! The care and attention were top notch. Highly recommended!

Charming and attentive hosts. The room was large and very clean. The common areas were spacious and very pleasant. Breakfast, served in the garden, was generous and included fresh fruit, and most importantly, a tasting of their extra virgin olive oil. Close to beaches (Punta Prosciutto and others), a nature reserve, a salt marsh, and birdwatching spots. Easy parking on the adjacent street. A place worth discovering.

I had a wonderful stay at the B&B "Tenuta Canneddi" in Avetrana and can only give it a five-star review.
It was an exceptional experience in every sense of the word, and I can't wait to share my gratitude and satisfaction with other travelers.

First of all, the B&B's location is simply perfect. It's located in a quiet area of ​​Avetrana, surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere. Its proximity to the area's main tourist attractions, such as the beaches of Punta Prosciutto, Porto Cesareo, and San Pietro in Bevagna, makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of Salento.

The B&B's rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I particularly appreciated
the impeccable cleanliness and the attention to detail in the choice of furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and I slept wonderfully every night. The owners are friendly, kind, and attentive people who took care of my every need.
They provided helpful tips on places to visit, local restaurants to try, and activities in the area. I felt truly pampered and felt like I was at home away from home.
The absolute highlight of this bed and breakfast is its garden. It's a true paradise on earth, an oasis of tranquility and serenity. The care with which it's maintained is evident from the first glance.
Breakfast served in the garden was an unforgettable experience. Imagine enjoying a delicious breakfast outdoors, surrounded by nature.
It's truly a unique and pleasant way to start the day. The freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the food were excellent.

We stayed at this B&B. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and even though we've been to the area before, they showed us where to go to the beach and where to eat, which was very helpful. The room was on the second floor, clean, spacious, and had a balcony. The breakfast was good. Perhaps the only flaw was the air conditioning directed at the bed. It's very close to the historic center, which is very charming.

It was a very pleasant stay, the structure is a family building with rooms (recently renovated) .A large and functional bathroom .aOpen space available for guests with equipped kitchens and an internal garden. however elegant and with its own refinement. The magazines in the various spaces, including comics, are particularly popular. The location also has its charm, located in a small town a few kilometers from beautiful beaches that can be reached through quite suggestive roads. Not to mention the availability and competence of the host. For us it was like that!
