Parco dei Principi Hotel Congress & Spa in Bari

The staff is very professional and friendly. The owner is the one with the most experience in customer service. The premises are neat and clean. A few words should also be said about Ms. Rosa, who is extremely approachable, friendly, and approachable.

Modern structure, friendly staff, all the amenities of a superior hotel. Excellent restaurant with local fish dishes. The fitness room is excellent, as long as you turn on the air conditioning 🙄. Free Wi-Fi, but painfully slow, almost unusable.

I stayed for work; the atmosphere is a bit cold, but definitely elegant and clean. Excellent housekeeping and a great restaurant... a plentiful and exceptional breakfast buffet. The room manager and staff in general were great... located very close to the train station with plenty of indoor parking. Indoor rooms without balconies, the only drawback is that the minibar is not in the room, but on all floors.

Shuttle efficient. Hotel was just what I needed for early flight. Clean and comfortable room.

Clean room. Polite and efficient staff. The fixtures and fittings are modern and extremely well maintained. The hotel is more than an airport hotel and was a very welcome stopover before finishing my journey.

Our stays at the Parco del Principi Hotel Congress & Spa were outstanding. We stayed two nights (October 31 and November 4, 2025) as our niece was arriving on a late night flight from Barcelona and flying out on an early morning flight. The hotel is located .7 km from the airport making it very convenient. Check in and out was very easy; all hotel staff were efficent and polite. The underground parking was clean and very easy to navigate. The restaurant was absolutely outstanding with a wide ranging menu of pastas, seafood and mean items. All dishes were well presented, using high quality products and all were delicious. The restaurant staff was attentive without being intrusive. The will now be our go to hotel whenever arriving or departing Bari, Puglia, Italy. We highly recommend the Parco del Principi Hotel Congress & Spa.

Very clean hotel and the bed was very nice. We only stayed one night, it was quiet. Staff was very helpful, and the airport shuttle made our trip to the airport stress free.

After visiting my family, I had to leave early in the morning, and this was the perfect place to stay before my flight. The kindness of the director and the thoughtfulness shown when I needed a last-minute room were truly exceptional. I enjoyed a delicious in-room dinner with fresh, traditional dishes from our region (at a great price!), and the spa was the perfect way to relax before a long journey ahead ! Thank you - will be back for sure!

Aside from an awkward and abrupt check-in, nothing but appreciation to the dinner staff, and the day staff of our stay. A very last minute reservation to accommodate an unexpected train strike on or travel day home. Appreciate the convenience of the location to the airport, complementary shuttle and included breakfast.

Rooms and facility were clean, nicely adorned, pleasant aesthetic. Bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to, but pillows were great! Bathroom had a great shower with tons of pressure and hot water.

Mostly, and again with true appreciation, for allowing a late check out to help us manage our time ahead of an evening flight - the extra rest will go a long way towards our 30 hour journey home.
