Beautiful, remote, perfect service, amazing food. Arguably the biggest and most beautiful and best pool in the world. It’s beautiful just to walk around all the Olive Garden. That’s surround the property. You’re nearby a bunch of very pictures little town so it’s very easy for day trips.

Rude staff at the reception. Not professional and giving attitude to the hotel guests. We were staying as a group of 6 people and everyone was shocked by the staff: couldn’t arrange transfers in time, tried to double charge for hotel services. Shouted at my friend at the check out. Also, we were disappointed with the fact that its a five star hotel and they dont have a steamer/ iron in the room so you have to pay €50 for steaming services.

Stunning Masseria … sub par service
The masseria itself is breath taking. The location is secluded, is surrounded by acres of working farmland and the farmhouse itself is picture perfect. The rooms are spacious … but the furniture is a little dates. The poolside amenities are stunning.
However, for ~€1000/night the service was a little disappointing. No welcome drink at check in, the welcome tour was 60 seconds of pointing and then straight to our room (rather than taking the time to show us around), the breakfast was very mediocre with no a la carte option (unless you pay) and the service at the poolside and beach club was terrible … we had to seek out staff to ask for a drink rather than the other way round.

The rooms are amazing The grounds impeccable The staff is wonderful I was amazed at the condition of the property and how well maintained it is The bike rides in the morning are fantastic. The location is close to amazing towns This would be the top one or two properties I have stayed in my travels

Wow. Just wow. We stayed here for 4 nights. What an amazing experience. If you get the opportunity to stay here, do it! The staff, resort, pools, grounds...everything was gorgeous. The rooms are stunning, quiet and clean. Truly a great mini vacation.

My wife and I enjoyed this hotel and really enjoyed playing golf at the course. Great rooms, great meals and great golf. The pool is terrific and the olive trees make a wonderful statement. Very impressive entrance and the condition of the grounds make walking a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend this property.

This hotel is first class from top to bottom. The rooms, the grounds, the staff, the pool, the bar, everything is just very nice. In particular the staff at breakfast and dinner was very accommodating and attentive. We would highly recommend the Masseria.

The overall experience and service at Masseria San Domenico was excellent. This is a must visit resort. Food at the restaurant was of very high quality. Concierge and the staff in general were friendly knowledgeable and always helpful. The establishment was extremely clean and the environment was very calm. Given the opportunity we would definitely return and recommend the establishment!

The absolute excellence of southern Italy—more precisely, Apulian—hospitality. Everything here is close to perfection: the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious (even the lower categories), the location is calm, and the restaurant is more than good and very flexible. Even if there are many guests, you never have the sensation of crowdyness. Unassuming, invisible, but excellent and friendly service. Difficult to find flaws.
