We had a great time at Bougainvillea with virtuous pianist Mino. My family and I went for drinks at the bar and little did we know we ended up singing along with him. Mino is so wonderful and inviting that he started to play some Boleros for us and then later on, I sang some Italian songs with him. He made me feel like we played together for the longest time! After a while he welcomed some new guests that arrived and we sang in English for them. Also our family friend was so happy to dance with all his repertoire! We are definitely thinking of coming back next year to keep our sing along! Mino definitely is a great Entertainer!!!

We felt privileged being at this hotel. We had just come from Rome, a very busy city. Being at this hotel made us feel like we were in the country and at this amazing “farmhouse” of our own! The villas at this hotel are amazingly appointed. The grounds are so beautiful. The service is even better than one can expect. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and kind. I would give 5 star rating for the bar, drinks, for the breakfast spread and for the dinner options!

Masseria Torre Maizza is incredible! The staff is friendly, happy, and is willing to do anything to make your trip perfect! Don’t miss after dinner cocktails with pianist, Mino. He can play almost anything, is very talented, and knows how to bring down the house! Get ready for some impromptu karaoke. Can’t wait to go back with my family!

At the suggestion of our friends, we decided to visit the Masseria and spend an evening there. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and filled with a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. We had dinner at the Carosello restaurant — the food was tasty and beautifully presented, and the setting was calm and enjoyable. We also visited the bar. The service there was excellent: the waiters were attentive and welcoming, which made us feel truly comfortable. The highlight of the evening was the live music from the extremely talented pianist, which created a wonderful atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We hope to return soon and spend a few nights at the hotel.

This is a special property. In the context of charming, rustic Puglia, this property is one of the few truly elevated options and, in my view, the best luxurious option that still manages to capture the authenticity of the region. The staff are genuine, professional and well trained. The property is beautiful with local flowers and architectural design and very well maintained. The food and drinks - best we had in Puglia. We had a suite with a pool both times - yes both times because after we left the property to explore other parts of Puglia, we ended up returning because Torre Maizza is the best of Puglia and we wanted to finish our trip there. We have stayed at many elevated properties in the world, but few capture a sense of place alongside truly exceptional services. This property certainly does.

Definitely a highlight of our 2 week Puglia family (of 4) trip. Regret we only stayed there for 2 nights - could have been longer so after 11 days of road trip we could just stay there and chill. We had all our meals at the hotel which were excellent (be it poolside or the bar). Breakfast (buffet+a la carte) was beautiful with a wide range of choices. We also went Go-Karting nearby which was another wonderful experience for our children. The hotel was simply beautiful and elegant. Its private beach club was also a huge bonus!!!

We have just returned from a fabulous 7 night stay at Masseria Torre Maizza. We absolutely loved it and were made to feel so welcome - special mention to Fortunata who had excellent front of house skills and gave us really good local advice. All the other staff were excellent too - they seemed to take pride in their jobs and genuinely wanted to give us an amazing holiday! The hotel is beautiful and peaceful and the bedrooms are exceedingly comfortable and beautifully decorated with exquisite ceramics. We loved the Bambu Beach Club - the sunbeds on the beach were very comfortable and our lunches were delicious! We have come home feeling refreshed and thoroughly pampered. There is no doubt we will return to this hotel - there is absolutely nothing that needs improving - it is PERFECT! Thank you to the Hotel Manager for running an excellent hotel!
