The hotel isn't a 4 star hotel and I have no idea how they can claim that.
The room was possibly what I would expect from a bad 2 star hotel, the carpet was dirty the furniture old and in need of repair, the shower leak and the shower head tube was damaged, there is no iron or boiler in the rooms, the curtains are dirty and old, they only provided one pillow each and it was as thick as a stack of 4 slices of bread and to top everything off the air conditioning doesn't actually work.
I think the only good things about this hotel are the pool and the proximity to the sea, maybe if I was to be generous the breakfast was okay.
