Hotel Masseria Marziale in Brindisi

Our flights were canceled last minute and we couldn't find a hotel with availability. I called here and Antonella answered and saved our night at 1am! She is a treasure!

Stayed at this quiet hotel a little while ago, looked recently renovated/restored. Wonderful welcome at reception, particularly as we arrived without a booking and at 2am! We had two rooms and they were clean, new and functional. Breakfast that morning was amazing, and as we were the only guests that night, all for us. Nice facilities in the grounds, plenty of secure parking and a great room rate, highly recommend and due to its proximity to the airport a good choice if you have an early flight. Book direct with the hotel if you can, when we paid the following day, the rates were lower than the online prices.

This hidden treasure feels very recently renovated. The simple, spacious rooms were done beautifully and very clean. Staff were exceptional. We came in late and had to leave super early for a flight and they made sure we were set with everything we needed and made sure to be around to make us coffee at 5am. We'd love to go back to check out the pool!

Great hotel in Puglia. Near the white washed old town of Ostuni. Beautiful grounds to explore and lots of very local produce to try for yourself! Very good service and food in the evening was nice. Would visit again in the future.

A friend and I recently stayed at Hotel Masseria Marziale and would like to thank Antonella at the Reception desk and the Management of the Hotel for their warm hospitality and kindness.

We arrived at the Hotel in the late afternoon. The Hotel is lovely, a quiet oasis, perfect for a stay before our flight back home early the next morning. Also, very convenient to the airport.

Shortly after checking in to the Hotel I started to feel sick from something I had eaten for lunch earlier in the day before we traveled to Brindisi.

What took place next was an amazing display of customer service, care and concern for one of their guests.

I went down to the Reception desk to ask if they might have some medicine to help me manage my upset stomach and nausea. Since we had a long journey ahead of us the next day, I wanted to get my symptoms under control. Antonella said that they did not have anything on hand. However, she then alerted the owner, who was at the Hotel, to my situation. The owner called her husband, who is a Doctor, and asked him to suggest something that I could take for my symptoms. The Doctor made recommendations and they were passed along to me by the Hotel owner.

I asked if there was a pharmacy nearby as I had planned to taxi to the pharmacy. Antonella then offered to drive me and my friend to the pharmacy in her personal car so that I could purchase the medicine. Once we arrived at the pharmacy, Antonella was very helpful speaking with the Pharmacist and making certain that I got exactly what I needed.

Upon returning to the Hotel I was given two liters of water and offers of food and anything else that I might need to help me feel better.

Early the next morning feeling better, the Night Manager drove us to the airport for our flight.

If your travels ever take you to Brindisi I can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Masseria Marziale as a wonderful choice. I can pay them no higher compliment than to say that the Management and Staff will treat you like friends and family.
