This family run property works very well. Mr. Ubaldo pampered us with breakfast and delighted us with his company. We had every convenience available. The palace has been renovated with love and elegance. It is clean and located in a quaint and quiet village. We hope to see you again very soon! Thanks for everything !

To clarify immediately, for fairness: unfortunately, for family reasons, we could not be their guests, as was instead expected. But I want to thank the managers, because they have shown an understanding and a willingness to meet us, and in the context of a very delicate situation, which are absolutely not common, especially considering the times in which we live. And therefore, I cannot judge the structure or quality of the service. However, I can guarantee that the managers are honest people of extraordinary availability. Therefore, staying at Palazzo Vilei can only be a positive and highly recommended experience.

Very nice experience! The structure is a beautifully restored historic building immersed in the tranquility of Giurdignano, a few km from Otranto. We were greeted by Giuseppe who is of a hospitality and kindness like few others! It is a must for those seeking tranquility, relaxation and a taste of authentic Puglia.

In the main square of Giurdignano there is this ancient palace, Palazzo Vilei.
At the welcome Alessio, a nice young man, greeted us with a smile. Very helpful he accompanied us to the apartment. The property has been recently renovated and looks very good. A clean and elegant style, one that never fades, really tasteful. The rooms, including ours, absolutely adorable. Spacious, very clean with a very high ceiling and a nice bathroom with giant shower and the surplus of a large window that looks directly onto the central square of the town.
Air conditioning, free WiFi, comfortable bed, top cleaning. The car park is free and directly in the square in front.
After a visit to the crowded, chaotic and beautiful Otranto, returning to the quiet and calm of Giurdignano is truly regenerating.
In the same central square there is also a tavern, a friend's tavern to be precise, where you can eat typical dishes welcomed by really kind and helpful staff in an adorable setting. In the morning the breakfast is rich and varied.
In short, we found ourselves very well.
