...the room was "cleaned" but...the owner/manager provided a missing towel. After that, in the room, was found a basket full of rubbish, used soap and shampoo in the bathroom, no bottle opener for the drinks "kindly" offered by the b&b :) (and there were nobody to ask for, because the manager disappeared immediately after cashing the mandatory anticipated payment).
Be careful when you enter inside from the street...the door is just 120/140 cm high and...a step to do..so, not just an easy access.
If you expect and/or have paid for a breakfast, be careful, or choose the room without breakfast.
You are entitled just to receive a croissant and a coffee...:(
Owners explanation...this is "colazione all'italiana", of 4 eur value for 2 people...charged 10 eur or more and, explained as...a gift...that by the way you have to consume in a bar on the opposite side of the street, without any umbrella provided.
Be careful during the night of mosquitos!
And of course, no repellents or machine peovided.
So, you have a nice room, good position
in a badly maintained building and elevator, and the "service"..is the one described above.

I'm sorry but my review is totally negative... I only interacted with one person on the phone who showed me what to do but the even more serious thing is that I was stuck for 3 quarters of an hour in the lift and the owner didn't show up needless to see I had to call him and then I called the fire brigade and after all this crap they didn't even make sure I was out.. I'm just saying one thing that managing a tourist facility requires preparation and there is still a lot to learn here

The only really good thing was the location.
Broken bathroom handle so unable to close the door, no hair dryer, toilet paper rolls behind the bed, air conditioner which was more efficient when turned off
Price too high for the quality and hygiene of the room.

We were there last week in the center but totally lacking in cleanliness we were unable to take a shower for 2 days because it was full of hair, the headboard was completely full of dust, the WiFi password was incorrect and therefore no internet, the glass of wine placed on the bedside table was an abominable thing never seen so much dirt on a glass, the door of the building did not open, the window frames full of drafts in short, completely forgettable. Ps my personal advice is to talk less about business and work more because words lead nowhere but rolling up your sleeves does.
