The host is a very friendly lady that makes you feel wellcome

Me and my husband stayed in the apartment for 11 days. The apartment was big enough and beautiful. I suppose we were the first guests that stayed there for such a long period and the first guests from another country (not Italians). The agent of the apartment (Anna) doesn't speak English and was very nervous

woman. She came to the apartment twice during our stay not informing us before her visit. It was always unexpected. The second time when she visited we were not at home and she found a mess in the apartment (we used some blankets from the wardrobe and soiled tablecloth because we used the kitchen). When we came home I found my pyjamas on the floor, and no tablecloth in the kitchen ( before her visit we changed it to the clear one, that we found in the wardrobe and that is on the presentation photo of the kitchen). She texted me she was angry about the mess. She thinks guests must support a perfect cleanness during all stay and cannot use some items in the apartment, for example blankets from the wardrobe. She didn't warn us what we can use and what we cannot. We thought we lived not in a museum and can use everything in the apartment. When we were leaving at 5:30 in the morning 3 people came: agent Anna, the owner of the apartment and his wife. Anna had troubles with self control and finally claimed us to pay 100 euro, because she had to wash the tablecloth and clean the apartment although there was no cleaning during the stay. The owner said something to her and she calmed down. I recommend the owner to change the agent. She is really crazy.
