Staff were absolutely friendly and nice, and they really do their best to satisfy customers’ needs. You just have to tell them and they find a solution to anything straight away. Very professional! Thank you all!

Greate hotel with tasty kitchen, convenient guest parking, all needed facilities. Beach is good for the place, even though not big and guests get tickets for morning of afternoon, not full day

However, restaurants, bars and pool were great, as well as the mini club and entertainment service. Very recommended for families with kids and teens

Kids loved swimming here and it was mostly sandy. The bus runs frequently or there's private parking at the beach

Good location if you have the car to go around the towns nearby, and spacious rooms with terrace

Almost every night theres something happening- like a theater or stand up comedy and everything is in Italian, me and my family know a few languages close to Italian so we could understand a thing or two but honesty sometimes we did felt kind of left out, otherwise it was great! The food was awesome, (And everything was written in italian, english and german which was great) the people were super kind...

The staff whilst lovely, didn’t fully explain everything about the facilities to us, which was a bit of a shame, for example we didn’t access the gym or the spa which I only realised was there on the last day! Despite any of the little flaws, our stay here was really quite special

10 minutes walk to the beach, but if you need beach umbrellas and chairs, you need to either drive for 7 minutes or take hotel’s free shuttle

The staff however were just lovely and helpful, coming out to the pool regularly to see if we needed anything, the evening meal was fantastic with the chef coming to the table to explain each dish, which was a really nice touch

The most enjoyable aspect of the hotel is the location and the tranquility of the building. There weren’t many other guests, so at times over the three days we stayed here, we basically had the place to ourselves

The breakfast started at 8 am, which is kinda late for us and for the industry standard, but, hey, it’s Puglia, I haven’t met a single tourist who spoke language other than Italian

Our first impressions of the hotel was a little underwhelming; our room was quite basic, and not particularly spacious, and the decor seemed old fashioned and a bit sparse

Franco at the front desk is super helpful fluent in English, Spanish, and of course, Italian. The rooms are super clean, really modern, and well-located. A great breakfast selection was included during our stay there

I have to say me and my friend got ourselves in a bit of a situation and Marilena went above and beyond to help us even though she didn’t have to

I had such a nice time here , the location is perfect and it’s close to a lot of great spots, the rooms are nice and the service is great

Parking seems like it would be a bit of an issue but because I went during offseason, I seemed to have avoided any problems. I was offered a shuttle service when I had to park far away the first night

For the restaurant- this is possibly my fault for not being fluent in Italian, but the waiter and I clearly misunderstood each other when I was trying to confirm about the sign at the reception desk

It is fantastic, with unlimited wine service, a private beach, two swimming pools, and a spacious parking lot

Beautiful hotel, in a beautiful location, full of nature and ideal for an escape for relaxing or going with kids. The buffet is quite good, and changes every day. The rooms are like little igloos or houses

Not very large but comfortable. The only caveat is that the beach is not a sandy one. And the hotel is not very close to an urban location so you'll likely want to rent a car

Services that were supposedly included for customers in suites ( such as use of the 2 other restaurants and breakfast on the terrace) were not offered and on one occassion were denied until a formal complaint was made

Francesco gave me an amazing Thai massage. Best body work I have ever had. My husband got a foot massage that included the entire body. At the beach club, everything was great

Stunning resort, beautiful and quant traditional Italian feel. Beautiful architecture. Wonderful service, amazing breakfasts, and adorable comfortable rooms. We loved every minute of staying here

The service, the great recommendations by the reception and the booking they made for a cheese tour and olive oil tours were wonderful peeks into the farm life in Puglia. It's a great central location to discover Puglia

The tasting menu was well worth trying, as is the courtesy shuttle to the private lido for an afternoon relaxation. Super place that I would highly recommend

They have a very nice spa, fitness center, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools. Feels like somewhere to just hangout for a week or two. Close to beaches in nearby Monopoli

We all had an amazing experience with the spa at Il Melograno. We are staying at a villa nearby and asked if they could come and give us a massage at our villa. Francesco and his lovely co-worker did an amazing job

Exceptional location, intimate, very clean and fully equipped. We stayed 10 days with our 9 month old baby and the house was really super equipped. Angelo is a perfect host, kind, available to the maximum

The farm is located in a really good position to reach the most beautiful attractions of Puglia and its surroundings: Monopoli, Polignano, Matera, etc. Highly recommended for both couples and families
