Dimore del Roseto in Nardo

Most disgusting place I’ve ever walked into!! RUN AWAY! This place has the filthiest rooms I’ve ever seen! Plumbing issues, showers don’t drain, tiles are broken & filthy, kitchen sinks don’t drain & loud gurgling noises late nights early mornings when the neighbours use their sink. The walls are covered in dead bloody mosquitoes spots that have been left over from every guest for the past decade.. some old blood some new blood! Completely unsanitary! Beds are hard as a rock!
I booked a week on Booking dot com, left after 1 night & the hotel & booking have yet to refund me even thought the owner told me to leave because I had the audacity to complain.. this place is a scummy disgusting scam. & in fact they have had it listed for sale for 2 years so they don’t care about it or the guests. Pool chairs are filthy & broken. They barely have any & no umbrellas for shade so you can’t lay out by the pool due to the burning sun, lack of sun beds & the 4 that are there are filthy &/or broken. Don’t even think about booking this place & I don’t recommend Booking dot com either because they don’t have your back either! Shocking.

The place is nice, great location, pool, basic kitchen equipment. However the owner is a nightmare. Constantly complaining, accusing you of breaking things that were already broken on arrival, and of course not reachable when you need her. Save the stress and spend your holidays somewhere else.
