Wow what an idyllic place. At relatively short notice we booked dinner for a large group for a birthday celebration. The setting and hotel are charming and spotlessly clean. The team and vibe welcoming and attentive. Service was impeccable. Food delicious - we had courgette tart, ‘four fingers’ pasta, meatloaf (one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever eaten). Fresh melon selection and then sweet pastries. House wines were excellent. Homemade limoncello spritz highly recommended - we took multiple bottles of the limoncello home with us. They arranged taxis for us. Everything you could ever want from an agriturismo and the best meal of our holiday.

We came to Agritiurismo Salinola for a special dinner with friends. Paola and her family are wonderful hosts. The food was so fresh many ingredients had been harvested that morning. It was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. They catered well for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. There is a warm family vibe with all generations present and participating in the business. The setting is beautiful and the premises is thoughtful and comfortable. It was a fabulous evening we’ll always remember.

Love this place! The people here are so friendly - Fabio’s a blast! And the food, amazing 😻. There is no menu so it’s a surprise what you eat but it’s always amazing and some of my favourite foods has been discovered there. It’s a family friendly place with a playground, public pool and table football ⚽️. The rooms themselves are homey and a great place to spend a night or two. The location is also ideal - a short drive into Ostouni and close to a local supermarket 🏪. Please come here! 😁🙈

Imagine your grandmother had turned her farm over to your favorite cousin,Fabio. That is the warmth & hospitality you will find at this place. It was, in fact Fabio’s grandparents farm & he has created a lovely Masseria, with a beautiful pool, sunbeds, chaises, as many meals to dine in or take away. Fabio , along with his wonderful staff , works hard to ensure that his guests’ needs are met. And, never saw him without a great big smile on his face. It was a great home base for my daughter and I to tour the area & go to beaches; it also seems like an ideal retreat for a family with young children.

Fantastic beautiful property close to Ostuni and convenient for visiting attractions all around the area. Lovely relaxing pool and surrounds under cover parking cute breakfast/dining room. Double room was small and pokey en-suite was not very private, old style safe - would chose a better room next time

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this place and will definitely come back. A great place for everybody. Good atmosphere and very nice people. The food was excellent and Domenico treated us very well. Perfectly located for visiting the important places around. A la prossima!

Charming place 3 km from the Ostuni city. In the middle of olive oil trees. Perfect stay. Family place. Local wine, local food, cakes, olive oil. Exceptionally clean. Friendly, taking care of you. Will come again for sure.Love the place. Run by family.

Having Dinner at Fabios Agriturismo was a wonderful experience and the food was very good. He also serves vegetarian courses. Fabio showed us his farm and how he grows the ingredients himself. That was one of our holiday highlights, thank you!
