B&B you'll want to return to. A small, renovated farmhouse located near Oria, on the Salento coast, completely immersed in an olive grove. Surrounded by flowers and beautiful oleanders. Quiet location, just a few rooms. Onsite parking. The owner is extremely kind and always available. The only downside is the somewhat meager breakfast. That said, we've been coming here for six years. Highly recommended!

Cosimo and Lucia offered a wonderful welcome. The property is beautiful, and you can see that excellent materials were used in the renovation.
Spacious common areas.
Quiet and convenient for visiting Oria and the surrounding area, as well as for going to the beach on the Ionian coast (which is beautiful).
Thank you for everything, we had a great time.

A quiet guesthouse. The owners are very friendly. Cookies, coffee, and tea are available in the common areas. Juice and bottled water are stocked in the refrigerator.

Highly recommended.

Nice little family-run property. Good parking spaces. Okay room with a nice bed with a good mattress. Fridge for own food and drinks. There is NO breakfast included in the stay, even though it was stated in our booking. The host has not stated that there is breakfast. There is a communal fridge with a few drinks plus some snacks. Coffee and tea can be made.
The property is an architectural gem, but the interior is quite worn.
Outside there are tables and chairs etc. but again everything is worn/partially destroyed. There are drying racks for drying clothes.
The nearest town is Oria where there are supermarkets and restaurants.
The few issues we had were resolved immediately. They speak a little bit of English in addition to Italian.
The place is fine for a few nights.

B & b you return to. Small renovated farmhouse located near Oria, by the sea of Salento and completely immersed in a park of olive trees. Surrounded by flowers and beautiful oleanders. Quiet place, few rooms. Internal parking. Owner very kind and always available. Small flaw the breakfast a bit 'scarce. That said, this is the second year we have come here. Absolutely recommended!

Pretty place, pleasant and well cared for. Immersed in a quiet and relaxing area. Room perfectly clean, fragrant and inviting served with everything you need to spend a nice stay. The owner Cosimo (whom I thank) is a friendly person, really nice and disponibilissima (knows how to treat customers) .. definitely going back.
