Hotel Tre Torri in Ostuni

Good location 900 meters from the historic center, very clean room but minimal service. The pos didn't work, the air conditioning was very noisy and then two floors with suitcases without a lift. No problem for us, we are still young, but families with children, disabled and elderly people would have big problems. The price is normal.

Worst hotel I've ever been to during my vacation. Hot water not working, TV not working, no WiFi.
Also, the single bed provided, when accommodating 3 people, was a cot, not a full bed.
The presented service does not correspond to the declared number of hotel stars and the presented price of 25 € per person.
Tip: do not visit this hotel.

The worst hotel in which we had a chance to stay during our entire stay in Italy, and we traveled all over Italy along the coast, for 75 euros they gave a room without a TV without hot water, arrival was late after the road, all that was needed was to wash and sleep, in the end there is no hot water, the night administrator could not do anything for an hour, he just ran around turning the water, fixed that he couldn’t help because no one answered the phone and he couldn’t fix it, he was not a plumber, in the end he offered to wait until the morning in the morning everything will fix, i.e. goes to bed without swimming, the money will be returned, the sense refused - there is no money, the payment was from the card, again, it can’t be called anywhere late already at night - the service is at the level, you think you came to a strange European place, you expect at least some kind of service for a lot of money, as a result you get service is worse than in third world countries

Not a two-star hotel but below zero. Very few words: TV not working since 2016, there is no fridge with at least one bottle of water, non-existent shower, impossible to sleep in due to car traffic and all with inadequate windows. In addition, absent staff as no one was there when the key was handed over. NOT RECOMMENDED.
