Dear staff from bleu village, We wanted to thank you for all your kindness. Thank you to the staff from the reception and many thanks to the staff from the restaurant; their flexibility and smile made us feel at home. Kind regards

Rooms - 3/5: Basic and small but overall an okay room. Mini fridge works but barely opens. Beds are fine and the TV works but is quite outdated, youtube and netflix work just fine though. Bathroom was a bit dirty but was fine. Food - 1/5: Awful. For dinner one night I got one vegetarian sausage. I think thats all I need to say. Activities - 4/5: Astroturf for football, playground and other stuff. Pools are there but were empty.

the beds were damp with no duvet, leaving me very cold during the storm which came through the door and windows and flooded the house. when the heating did begin to work it rattled violently and i got no sleep. i doubt i would as my 5”1” self barely fit in the bed, my condolences if you are tall because you could fit maybe one leg on the bed. speaking of legs, mine were burning ferociously after climbing so many stairs that it felt like i was climbing vesuvius. our school did climb vesuvius and it was definetely less effort than those steep steps which left me exhausted. the house had a foul odour of cat wee and had 2 wall sockets with a capacity of 8 people, so our phones all died and when we did charge two rhings at once the fuse blew and there was a powercut, causing me to stand in the aforementioned puddles and soak my clothes as i couldnt see anything. my torch was hopeless as my phone was dead. the food has a relationship with these people called sam and ella, and also i’m now preserved like an egyptian mummy due to the insane salt content. ive spent half of my life savings on food and water as neither are consumable from here. the only good part was my friend the random broom outside. if you’ve booked, i wish you the utmost luck.

the reviews are lying. we only stayed 4 days and it was so good. pros: - the outside area is GORGEOUS to play uno - ac is so helpful - there’s plenty of food - playground area and football is so nice - fresh towels even though reviews say you don’t? - beds are literally fine there’s no major stain or any ants as seen in reviews - shower was hot all the time and was so nice cons: - have to pay for ac after a day - back door was slightly broken as didn’t open fully - towels weren’t changed every day - smell from toilet dinner was kind kind of average but nothing to complain about. it weirdly came in separate parts - pasta, then the lettuce came by itself but no complaints. Breakfast was limited selection so most had croissant and nutella but wasn’t the worst thing. overall a slay stay for a school trip and would defo come again. thank you

the pool was nothing like the photos, the slides didn't work and has limescale on them as they hadn't been used in a long time. The bottom of the pool was green and was freezing. The shower had mold in it and the shower head was broken meaning that the showers were hard to use. The food was terrible and there's not very much variety with pasta being served every night ( I know we are in Italy but there could be some variation). The staff don't really speak English and the service is horrible bad place to stay or take your family.

The room climate was fine after we asked how to turn on the air conditioner. It was off at the breaker and no one offered to set it up for us. They just dropped off the bags and left. They give you two towels and no matter how ling you stay, they charge you for any more towels. The manager Marco was the most arrogant and unhelpful person. He should be fired. The nicest person on staff was Angela, the snack bar attendant. She was pleasant and very helpful. Their restaurant is a joke.
Other than the view, it was a huge disappointment. There was also a lot of noise.

Shower flooded, decor was disgusting, smelt really bad, food was terrible and lots of ants and spiders on the beds. The only decent thing was the balcony overall. The sheets and blankets were quite odd and blankets had a rough uncomfortable material too. Avoid!!

At this hotel now and my bed is covered in ants!!!! Do not stay here! Hotel did nothing but only give me new sheets, I still have ants crawling around!!! Plenty of open rooms but won’t move us. Poor customer service!

Just returned from a school trip with 50 children and 5 adults. This is a great base for a school trip to explore the area. The rooms were clean, the food was very good for a school trip, the staff friendly. The children loved staying here, the pools was excellent (football pitch was enjoyed) and we even managed a couple of hours on the beach. Please do not be put off by the negative reviews, it is perfect for this type of trip. If you want to explore the town, it is only a short walk too.

Let’s start nice and strong. Rooms were mouldy and the towels provided smelt like salt and vinegar crisps. When visiting other rooms on site, the only charging was in the bathroom. Now onto the restaurant and food. The restaurant was located down 10 flights of stairs from the rooms. Most would assume that we had worked hard for a good quality meal, but no. We entered the restaurant with high hopes and were greeted by an elderly gentleman who was a real life impersonation of Ebenezer Scrooge. We attempted to compliment their food and in response made one of our friends assist with cleaning up the table. The food was inedible, they served undercooked pasta each night with a different disgusting sauce. Due to the state of the food, when the staff brought out bread the table of 40 had to battle to get a piece. We all thought that we were being treated by receiving pieces of fruit, not one of them didn’t have mould on. The staff were inefficient, I had to watch for 5 minutes as one of them attempted to use a roll of sticky tape to fix a remote. The WiFi was 1 euro per day but didn’t work once you were inside your room. By our last night there we had realised that we were getting nowhere with the food and 15 of us had pancakes in our friend’s room. The only thing I can’t complain about is the views, however could be better if they weren’t obstructed by countless trees. I would definitely seek alternative accommodation if visiting Naples.
