Bleu Village in Meta

The room climate was fine after we asked how to turn on the air conditioner. It was off at the breaker and no one offered to set it up for us. They just dropped off the bags and left.They give you two towels and no matter how ling you stay, they charge you for any more towels. The manager Marco was the most arrogant and unhelpful person. He should be fired. The nicest person on staff was Angela, the snack bar attendant. She was pleasant and very helpful. Their restaurant is a joke.
Other than the view, it was a huge disappointment. There was also a lot of noise.

Shower flooded, decor was disgusting, smelt really bad, food was terrible and lots of ants and spiders on the beds. The only decent thing was the balcony overall. The sheets and blankets were quite odd and blankets had a rough uncomfortable material too. Avoid!!

At this hotel now and my bed is covered in ants!!!! Do not stay here! Hotel did nothing but only give me new sheets, I still have ants crawling around!!! Plenty of open rooms but won’t move us. Poor customer service!

Let’s start nice and strong. Rooms were mouldy and the towels provided smelt like salt and vinegar crisps. When visiting other rooms on site, the only charging was in the bathroom. Now onto the restaurant and food. The restaurant was located down 10 flights of stairs from the rooms. Most would assume that we had worked hard for a good quality meal, but no. We entered the restaurant with high hopes and were greeted by an elderly gentleman who was a real life impersonation of Ebenezer Scrooge. We attempted to compliment their food and in response made one of our friends assist with cleaning up the table. The food was inedible, they served undercooked pasta each night with a different disgusting sauce. Due to the state of the food, when the staff brought out bread the table of 40 had to battle to get a piece. We all thought that we were being treated by receiving pieces of fruit, not one of them didn’t have mould on. The staff were inefficient, I had to watch for 5 minutes as one of them attempted to use a roll of sticky tape to fix a remote. The WiFi was 1 euro per day but didn’t work once you were inside your room. By our last night there we had realised that we were getting nowhere with the food and 15 of us had pancakes in our friend’s room. The only thing I can’t complain about is the views, however could be better if they weren’t obstructed by countless trees. I would definitely seek alternative accommodation if visiting Naples.

I went to Bleu Village in May 2025 on a school trip and my experience was terrible: The rooms were not clean: the floor was sticky and there were hairs on my bed. The shower did not work well, it was either too cold or almost boiling. The room's water tasted horrible. The food was awful and I found it difficult to find find food that met my dietary requirements. Also, the Wi-Fi in rooms is not free. There are many steps to reach the resteraunt, which can be annoying if you forget stuff in your room. One positive side was that they helped me find some lost property.

Whilst the outdoor area is pretty good, if you're in the area you will probably be exploring Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum, etc. and won't be around for a lot of it. Most of your time will be inside your room and dining area. At least the rooms we got were quite subpar, particularly the bathroom. The bathroom lacks any sort of smell disposal and smelt terrible even before anyone had even used it. The shower is unnecessarily small also. The only soap provided was bar soap. They did frequently top up on toilet paper and wash the towels however. We didn't really use the kitchen but did use the fridge, it was good. The plug outlets were very hard to use, none of our adaptors fit particularly well in any of them, despite working fine in other prior occasions. There was a TV in the room however it didn't work. The AC was good but sometimes a bit finicky and always produces light so it was harder to sleep. The broom was good. The beds and blankets were OK. The floor was tiled, some carpet would've been appreciated but that's up to personal preference. Walls were rather thin. Food was very poor, most of it was overly salted and catering staff aren't very proficient in English so I wouldn't recommend if many people have dietary requirements. Water, both that provided and tap water, were quite sweet. First day there was also a ‘mystery meat’ which, whilst I didn't try it, I have been told was frozen solid and not very tasty. Also bread got quite dry towards the end. The rooms required a lot of going up and down stairs, not much you can do about that given the area but it's important to keep in mind. Overall, it wasn't the most pleasant trip but it was bearable and hey, the outdoors was lovely. Oh and there were so many cats!

THERE WAS A COCKROACH IN THE BED. The food was mid af. There also were not enough plug sockets for me and my friends. The only good thing was thr last few sips of the hot chocolate hat was available at breakfast.overall, I was quite disappointed
