The castle is amazing and you get to see it every day while you are at the beach or at the pool. Staff is friendly but not oriented to non-Italian visitors. Animation is the weak side - I often found the games dull and not exciting (example - kicking a ball to someone’s butt). Food is good, you really get to know some of the Italian cuisine. The town nearby (Le Castella) is also amazing.

Unfortunately the structure needs some attention. The rooms, at least the one where I slept, had several defects (bed all wrong, shower without support for the shower head, TV with cable too short to reach the wall ...).
