Hotel Garcea in Sellia Marina

I'm sorry to give such a negative rating, but unfortunately, there are only problems.
The star is for the
cleanliness, and that's why I gave one star for the cleaning staff.
The structure is a bit outdated, lack of maintenance.
The shower head was broken, but it was fixed with a double indication.
The balcony was unusable due to a pigeon nest above the air conditioner.
Animal poop was everywhere, and there was a pigeon all the time.
Maybe they hadn't cleaned that balcony in a while.
I pointed it out, and after 4 or 5 days, they removed it all.
I mentioned that other people had spikes on their cars, but the response was that it was natural.
Annoyed after I threatened to leave, they fixed it. I would have left, but my partner preferred not to argue.
A few days later, I asked for the bill and discovered that six of my friends had spent 10 euros less per day. I pointed this out, and the answer was that they'd started two days earlier. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD WE STAYED.
They yelled at me, obviously, and called me rude, something I've never seen in years of staying at B&Bs.
I'm sorry for everything, especially since it was our vacation.
I didn't ask for anything special, just fairness.

I would certainly have avoided doing this, but after several complaints on our part, they invited us to change hotels even telling us "pack your bags and go", so it was. Dirty room to say the least, without thorough cleaning, part of a broken door with cobwebs, very old fixtures and old entrance door with cracks. Toilet seat with yellow stains (I hope it's rust), corners of the bathroom with hair and many black dots on the white tiles, very uncomfortable bathroom floor. While I explained the inconveniences to the reception, 3/4 of them were talking to me, telling me to go away, even in aggressive tones, putting me in a certain discomfort in addition to already having an inconvenience for the structure itself. In the end we left the structure, and also notified those who were supposed to join us to change destination. Terrible, everything.
