The hotel is rated 4 stars, but it feels more like 3. Some of the staff don’t speak English, which made communication difficult at times. Dinners were fine, but breakfast was disappointing – especially the eggs, which were dry, tasteless, and likely made from powder. The bike rental policy is strange: if you return to the hotel during the rental, you have to pay again to continue riding. The receptionist was unwilling to help, which left a bad impression.

The potential is there but the structure needs to be improved from every point of view. Maintenance work at the most unlikely times (twice we washed with the sprinklers aimed at customers in the pedestrian path that leads to the sea and shortly before departure my daughter slipped, hitting her side and getting completely wet). Cleanliness of the rooms ok, but for a triple it was really too small. Unpretentious food, apart from a few well-made dishes. Animation without experience, means and tools, apart from the head animator who worked hard but certainly couldn't cover everything alone. Given the strong presence of families, I would suggest focusing more on the miniclub by entrusting it to someone more competent, with more experience and patience with children. After days of always playing the same games, boring and not at all stimulating activities (when asked to do something different the answer was either this or go to your mum) my daughter refused to participate. Absurd checkout with a queue lasting almost an hour to hand over the key and collect the deposit which is released only after checking the room, significantly slowing down the operation (half the village was leaving). The only positive note is the sea, beautiful, clear and clean but for that I wouldn't feel like giving any credit to the village.
