The hotel feels very outdated and could really use some renovation. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, and the air felt extremely stagnant, which made it difficult to sleep. The key card system is old as well, and I had to get my card reactivated multiple times. Breakfast was decent, but it was strange that scrambled eggs weren’t included and required an additional charge.

Good breakfast. Aircondition is turned off in the winter time, so it is bad air ventilator in the rooms. Clean rooms. Strange that you have to pay for eggs in breakfast.

Breakfast is good. Over average as breakfasts in Italy, but I find it weird that you have to pay for scramble eggs or a omelette.
Rooms are old, but clean. The whole hotel could benefit from some renovation.

Although slightly out of the city center, the hotel is very well located near a train / metro station, which allows you to easily reach the other part of the city and the suburbs. All staff members we communicated with showed excellent attitude, were helpful, smiling and friendly. Our Deluxe room was of a reasonable size, perfectly clean, offered a Sea view, which can better be described as "you can see some water behind the roof of the neighbouring building", but it was nice anyway. The restaurant upstairs also lived up to expectations, with a better Sea view from the top and great meals. We enjoyed breakfast, too.

Highly recommended, will return if we go in the region again.

Best location. Within waking distance to all resturaunts and steps from lungomare. The roof top breakfast was incredible and perfect way to start the day. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Jr suite is spacious and bright. Hotel staff were very helpful, especially the hotel manager. They made our stay in Reggio perfect. I would recommend and stay again when we return!

Excellent location next to the National Museum, RC Lido train station, Gelato Cesare, and the promenade. Only about 10 minute walk to the ferry port. Hotel had an excellent breakfast with many choices (muesli, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, ham and cheese, pastries, and even granita with brioche, among other options. They also had an excellent dinner menu. Rooms were clean and comfortable (AC helpful). I would stay here again.

In this hotel you can hear everything that is going on, no soundproof barriers. I could hear someone listening to TikTok next door. Also the rooms had some dents and peeling spots which seem a bit dated. But they gave a bunch of amenities like hair-ties, soap ect. The location is really good! It is near the famous museum with the two exceptional bronze statues and many more cherished artefacts from Italy and Greece. Make sure you have a look! The service is really good as well. The employees were really helpful, but some of them only spoke Italian. Overall, I think this place is good for a short stay (As I stayed.) , and the location is excellent!
