This hotel is quite nice. The location is a bit out of the way, next to a pier, but it's also very close to the city's pedestrian street. The rooms are clean and spacious, the front desk staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is plentiful. Overall, I would stay here again next time I come.

Good location especially if you are taking the ferry to Sicily. Sea view albeit across a parking lot. Staff was great!

I stayed in this hotel the year before and that’s why I booked it again. Very central. Very clean. Good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

As expected, the hotel is just as anticipated. Since there are few restaurants and shops nearby, you can have breakfast and dinner in the ground-floor restaurant. There is also parking available.

I was overall satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is good— prett central, with most major attractions within walking distance (20-30min). The rooms were also clean, which I appreciated.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. It was more in line with what you would typically find in a 3-star or even a 2-star hotel. Additionally, there was no complimentary water in the rooms. The only water available was in the minibar, which had to be purchased. I would have expected at least some free water for guests.

Aside from these issues, I had a good experience overall.

The transportation is very convenient, making it easy to travel to various attractions in the city. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the atmosphere is full of life. The room is fully equipped, the bedding is comfortable and clean, and the hot water supply in the bathroom is stable and the water pressure is sufficient. The room is also equipped with a smart TV.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. And if you like me, then in a room with a sea view, in front of which you can see Sicily, this is really the best option. The hotel is close to the center, convenient location even for those coming from the motorway. I easily found parking even under the building.

The hotel is in the harbor area, easily accessible from the motorway and a few steps from the centre. For those traveling by car, there is free parking directly below the hotel. Very kind and professional staff, especially Marco and Domenico! Very nice and above all clean common rooms and areas. The breakfast buffet is very popular, varied (fruit, croissants, tea, fruit juices, toast, etc.) and very good.
