Clean and comfortable room in a great location. Michele is helpful and very kind. He brings fresh croissants to his guests every morning. I highly recommend him.

The bed and breakfast is as described, a 7-8 minute walk (600-700 meters) from the center. Mr. Michele is very hospitable and helpful, we had a great time.

The accommodation is very centrally located, about a 16-minute walk from the main train station. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, so we felt very comfortable. The room was very spacious and even had a balcony. It was really very clean; we couldn't find a speck of dirt! Towels and toilet paper were changed regularly.
We were a little disappointed with the breakfast. The owner gets various types of croissants from a local bakery in the morning—these are very tasty. However, that's about it for the selection. Water, coffee, and snacks are provided, which are also good for taking with you.
All in all, it was very nice, and the value for money was excellent!

Terrible B&B, I think we were even assigned the most horrible and dilapidated room, the carpets hadn't even been cleaned (they were actually dirty!!!), towels never replaced, not to mention the doilies on the bedside tables (dirty), the freezer dirty with even hair present, there was no water available in the refrigerator for guests, we had to ask for it. We paid a whopping €80 a night for this run-down room.

We stayed in this elegant hotel for six days, very comfortable with internal parking reserved for guests and above all clean. The quiet place and close to the city center. Thanks to Michele and his wife for their kindness and availability.

Great stay. We were hosted by Michele during the week of August in his studio. Newly renovated and finely decorated apartment.
Convenient location to reach the center on foot (5min), possibility of parking inside the condominium.
