Everything was really good .. we never used public transportation, so we can’t recollect the actual distance from the metro station, but the facilities in the hotels were super good .. breakfast was vivid , bathroom was big, and the room was spacious .. we booked for one night , and we renewed for next day .. recommended for everyone

Transport is required for piazza Maggiore. It's a bit out. Great breakfast and clean.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with modern rooms that offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the shower was very convenient – everything worked perfectly.

Hotel quite far from the city centre, although easily connected by public transportation.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

Wish I could give a 10/10 stars for room service and 2/10 for bar. Una hotel has the top notch room service, literally the best one I have ever experienced, which also raised my bar for later trips. Personalized pillows for cervical spondylosis, strict hygiene standards, definitely recommend.
However the bar is a bit too annoying. I craved for hot water but there’s no kettle in the room, which is totally fine, so I went to the bar downstairs and asked for a cup of hot water. The water was disgusting with a taste of rusty pipes, and the mug was so dirty with TEA STAIN from bottom to top. I really don’t understand why did he do this to me. I politely asked him if I can have a cup of hot water and thanked him for this, there’s no reason he should serve me a filthy mug.

Really nice hotel. Wish we had more than one night to stay. Clean rooms, big tv, Great staff, great breakfast.  About 4km hike into centre of Bologna. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here, the rooms are comfy, quiet and clean.
Big plus is a very very good breakfast and a free parking around the hotel. In front of the hotel is a bus stop (line 14) that will take you to the center of Bologna in 20 minutes. We will be back for sure.
