The Social Hub Bologna in Bologna

My elderly parents were really impressed by the modern industrial design – it was a refreshing experience for them! The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. We could also reach the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, and other sights within about 20 minutes by walking along the porticoes.

The young lady at the front desk was learning Chinese and made a wonderful effort to communicate with us, offering practical and friendly advice and service. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent, with timely and thorough housekeeping. All the public areas felt safe and easily accessible.

Restaurant service was good, and the breakfast spread was plentiful with a wide variety of choices. Dinner wait times weren't long, and the food tasted great. They also offer convenient luggage storage and free self-service laundry and drying facilities.

The only slight inconvenience was that neither the front desk nor the restaurant accepted cash at all, which wasn't ideal as not everyone has a credit card. It would be great if they could allow payment with legal tender.

The environment is great, transportation is convenient, and the hotel facilities are complete.

The room was great, and the front desk staff were very warm and responsible. There are plenty of common areas downstairs, and it's quite close to the train station. Overall, it's excellent and worth recommending.

Extremely close to the train station, the hotel has a unique design. They also offered free breakfast, which was great for those catching early trains who might otherwise miss out!

Great stay overall! Highly recommended for students and young travelers. You can focus on ur work in the study spaces on ground floor. The reception was helpful and could communicate well in English. However if u want to extend ur stay at the hotel, I’d recommend booking on trip.com as from my experience, it cost me like €93 per night in person, which cost only a little over $80 when I booked again online. But this might just be me- might be different for others! Plus, the Sushiko opposite the hotel has some good Japanese food!

Very much recommend the Social Hub! Location is excellent near the train station in an upcoming area with plenty of food options around. Facilities such as gym and co-working are great. Friendly service too.

The location is definitely convenient, and the price is reasonable. However, I was assigned a room right next to the elevator, which was very uncomfortable! I strongly recommend avoiding rooms near the elevator to ensure a much more comfortable stay.
