Don’t stay here
Room very hot. No way to cool it down. Front desk said to open the window but that didn’t help. Hard, flat pillows. No Kleenex. Worst hotel in years.

Not so good.
Pictures didn’t match the room interior. Locals said it was a bad area to be out late. There was still, moldy water inside the AC unit. Uncomfortable bed. Better to stay in town and taxi to the airport.

I stayed at this hotel with my father, and while we were having breakfast inside the hotel restaurant, all our belongings were stolen – including our passports, phones, a large amount of cash, and all our personal items. We immediately reported it, but the response was shocking.

There were no cameras inside the restaurant, and the camera outside the restaurant was apparently not working – according to the staff. The woman responsible for the surveillance system refused to cooperate or even answer our questions. It took more than two hours for them to call the police, and even then, nothing was done to help us.

We strongly believe that this was an inside job, or at least someone working at the hotel was involved or knew something. The worst part? No one apologized, no support was offered, and the staff were extremely cold and careless. They didn’t even offer us a glass of water after we were left with no money, no passports, no phones, and no way to return to our country.

This experience was traumatizing, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel for your own safety.

A very depressing hotel. Rooms had a distinct smell of smoke and were very tired. Desperately in need of modernising. Uncomfortable beds. Breakfast was fine.
