Good location (train station is 10 min walk, most of central attractions around 10 minutes walk as well), old vibe of the hotel (if you like that) and comfortable beds. Two major issues: noisy generator (impossible to sleep without earplugs) and breakfast where everything was untasty.

Cannot understand how this is a 4* hotel
Location is good and central and staff were friendly on reception
We only stayed for one night, other than the convenient location I would definitely NOT stay here again
The decor is dated, tired and grubby.
The walls were often stained, big black marks about the vents in rooms.
There was an awful damp and musty smell
I am all for traditional decor but this was simply not well maintained.
Felt quite dirty sleeping here. Carpets in rooms made it feel unclean.
Price was good for one night but not somewhere I would recommend.

It's a 10-minute walk from the train station in Bologna, and about a 10-minute walk to Neptune Square in the city center.
The hotel's interior is old-fashioned yet luxurious. The breakfast is plentiful, and the rooms are spacious, although the shower water pressure is a bit low.

This centrally located hotel delivers exceptional urban convenience with generous room sizes. The prime downtown location puts major attractions, dining, and shopping within easy walking distance. Their thoughtful luggage storage after checkout allows guests to maximize their final day, exploring the city hands-free. This practical service transforms departure day from a rushed checkout into opportunity for last-minute sightseeing and experiences (gelateria nearby made my day ;) )

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I definitely wouldn't stay here again if it wasn't good. First of all, the location is absolutely fantastic! ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧ It's very convenient whether you're arriving in Bologna from the airport or starting your trip from Bologna Central Station. The breakfast is also excellent! ദ്ദി（• ˕ •マ.ᐟ） The selection is comprehensive, the taste is great, and they start serving at 6:30 am, which is perfect for those taking early high-speed trains. The taxi service is also excellent 👌🏻 It's very convenient to get to various attractions. If I come to Bologna again, I will definitely stay at this international hotel again.

Overall this was a very nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Every staff member that we spoke to was very nice and helpful with any question that we had. They all spoke very good English and were polite with my terrible Italian. :)
Raquela at the front tlesk in the mornings had AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Marissa, at the front desk in the evenings, was not only nice and helpful but also remembered my wife and I by name after only one day.
While the first room we received had an air conditioning unit that did not work and needed some repairs, the staff was quick to send someone to check it out and then quick to give us a different room.
I will personally plan to stay here on my next visit to Bologna.

Great option for a hotel in the area. Easy to find and really clutch location to venture around the city. We were able to store our bags early, which we always appreciate. The room ended up being huge with windows to overlook the main street. The bathrooms were also pretty nice. Beds were clean and comfortable. We unfortunately didn't make the breakfast either day but it's available and it was nice having a bar downstairs because we had bought wine at a store nearby and needed a bottle opener, so that was convenient.

Great location, the building is old but is maintained and rooms are fine. Had a water leak dripping from ceiling and they were quick to fix. So reception is good. Only one coffee machine at breakfast which stopped working for a while and that morning i was in a rush to work so missed my coffee. Breafast has scrambled egg and prunes. Altogether fine
