We stayed here in the off-season for a very low price. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was actually quite nice. The rooms were okay, but was happy there was air conditioners in the rooms. Location was great, short walk to the beach and restaurants. You really can't beat the deal.

Good place, nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, very close to the beach. Room was always clean, everyday the bed sheets were changed. Lovely, we enjoyed. Grazie

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are also beautiful, spacious and clean.
The staff, should be more educated in the level of communication with the customer and solve the problems in a professional way.

Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff.
Breakfast full of choice.
We were upgraded to a family suite. The room had a huge balcony facing the sea. We also had complimentary sunbeds at bagno 169 via the hotel. My only gripe would be that if you want to use the swimming pool then it's 50euros per adult which we weren't aware of.
Will definitely be back.

the rooms have thin walls and the corridors are all in ceramic, so any one walking at night could wake you up, the checkin was hard as the staff assigned doesn't know English, the linens where not clean, we actually left one night before our booking because of how this Hotel is.
The breakfast isn't clean, the jars are not well cleaned, the bread is stale.
wouldn't recommend this place, I dont know why it is highly rated on booking or how it became 4-star hotel

Exceptional hotel stay during the 2019 Italian Ironman!
The room was generous in size and spotless, the daily breakfast was fantastic and the front desk staff in particular Nicole were fantastic in helping us with a few additional requests. The quality of the hotel experience really contributed to our great stay in Cervia. Thank you.
