The airconditioner doesn’t work and its summer time not even the staff knows how to fix it even tho we stayed for 3 days, no improvement, and the water from the shower overflows, the window blinds doesn’t open!!!! and when we complained they complained back saying why we didnt tell them sooner (we did lol) JUST FIX IT FOR FUTURE COSTUMERS. How can u have personnel who doesn’t speak english in an industry where theres a lot of tourist? also balcony? SHARED.

We were so jealous of other 3 star hotels around us because ANYWHERE IS BETTER than this dump.

I was badly assaulted in this hotel 9 years ago, they refused to work with the authorities, called me ill and never believed it could happen there. Nothing changed, no one has ever helped, and they charged me €500 for damages caused during the event.

Let's start with the positives - it was a very good location. The staff doesn't speak English, so I didn't even bother to report right after checking in that the shower drain was clogged. But judging by the reviews, it's standard. The balcony is shared with the neighbor from the other room, so no privacy. For the sake of respect, it is not appropriate to go out on the balcony. the elevator is microscopic, claustrophobic and dirty, so it's better to choose the stairs. There is also a 3☆ hotel nearby which is much better. Luckily we stayed in this hotel only 1 night.

I know how kitchens work because I worked for you. Believe me it is better that you do not list what happens in the kitchen, the recycled things, the absent cleaning etc because I believe you would not work anymore.

We choose to spend our summer vacation (5 days) in this 3-star superior hotel. On Booking we book an economy double room. Unhappy choice; they assign us a room, or rather a niche of 2 meters x 2 meters with a bathroom of 1 square meter where one does not turn. Mostly with phlegm-soiled curtain, half-broken shampoo holder, leaking shower and mini balcony without drying rack. We immediately ask ourselves a question: WHERE DO WE POSITION THE LUGGAGE ?? beautiful mystery!
We complain and after one night they change our room, reassuring us a superior room.
At 9 o'clock the attendants tell us to vacate the room in favor of the new one already ready. In fact it wasn't and we walked up and down the floors until 11. Only under our complaint did they prepare the new room.
Here we are in the new room, SAME as the previous one but with a larger bathroom and a balcony shared with other 5 rooms.
Having said that our stay was mediocre for the following reasons: small room not cleaned well enough, lack of wardrobe according to them for a modern and minimalist style, slow and very small lift, bicycle service with a high fee (Booking said free) , repetitive and poor breakfast, cleaning staff often without a mask and who entered the room too early in the morning, high value for money considering the niche in which we were staying.
As a pro I can say that the location is excellent, the agreement with the bathroom made us save a little something, free parking in the immediate vicinity and a nice and modern style of the hotel.
